Easy - good for ana ”
Great location for flying with ANA and Air Do Easy self check in, option for other languages, as well as luggage holding prior to check in time and after checkout. Close to monorail and keikyu lines, about a 5 minute walk The hotel is right at the very end of the terminal (on the left if you're walking inside from outside) on the 2nd floor, in the direction of the cute pokemon card/plushy vending machines Hotel was nice and clean, so quiet! This is important. I was worried at first but we couldn't even tell we were at the airport because we heard nothing at all! Decent amount of space, we got a room with 2 semi doubles and there was space to walk to/from the bathroom or fridge/table from the bed without bumping anything. Bathroom was nice, bidet and bathtub and the heated mirror so it doesn't fog up right on front of the sink. Appreciated the amenities as they included hair ties! You can get the free shuttle bus from the other terminals to T2 where the hotel is located, just walk inside the airport from drop off and up the escalator to 2F and left where you see the big "Market Place" sign. If you have a flight the next day at Haneda Terminal 2, then this hotel is an excellent choice! The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and nice. Check in and out process can be done through contactless terminals. Highly recommended hotel!

Very good, need to be aware that has to travel to Terminal 3 for international flights ”
The location is good and the room is spacious and clean. We only realized that we had to rush to take shuttle bus to travel to Terminal 3 for the international flight after we left the hotel. Would appreciate it if the hotel can post a notice to remind travelers at the checkin counter.

Great airport hotel ”
We had an overnight stop over in Tokyo (Haneda) and this was perfect. Located in T2 and just walk straight in from the terminal or catch a shuttle if you arrive at another terminal. The room was great and great sound proofing as we didn’t hear anything. Room service was also good.

Hotel at airport”
It is very convenient to stay at the airport as we landed from Malaysia at night. But we arrived at terminal 3. The hotel is at terminal 2. So we still had to take the taxi. Hotel is nonetheless very comfortable & full of amenities

Great for early flight”
We have an early flight and move here to skip the heavy traffic of Tokyo and dun want to get up at dawn… Transfer from hotel to terminal 3 for international flight is a bit clumsy as we need to get down to take a free local bus transfer. I think due to covid, a lot of courteous service has suspended.. including free shuttle from hotel that used to have it hotels close to airport.

Fabulous Short Overnight at Haneda”
Typically arriving at Haneda will need 30-45min travel time back to the city area. this hotel provided a good buffer for a further away travel in JP with a night arrival and start the journey on the next day. Great room and facility, and extremely quick for the self-checkin arrangement.

Booked this hotel to break our travel from Haneda to Narita, so conveniently located within T2 Haneda, with free airport shuttle between terminals, good when we landed later in the evening. Comfortable beds, pajamas & toiletries! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location! Walked out the hotel to security checkpoint, walked to my gate in 5 minutes! Unlike many hotels this one had plenty of toiletries. Higher end Shampoo, body wash, with a exfoliating towel! Excellent razors. This was my first stay and it will be my hotel when I come back through! I told my co-workers that they should stay there if they have a long layover, or just want a day in Tokyo.

Unbeatable location for overnight layover”
Convenient airport shuttle bus (arriving every 4 minutes) took me to terminal 2 (where hotel is)from International terminal, hotel staff very attentive and polite and helpful, room was very clean and functional and pleasant aesthetically. Windows were very well insulated from outside noise, only thing I wished for was better noise insulation from the hallway. And toilet was a bit loud but hey I'm being picky now... Breakfast (not included) was very good too, with a huge selection of food and beverages. Airport shuttle got me to terminal 1 quickly for domestic flight. Definitely would stay again.

Locate at terminal 1, if you arriving at terminal 3, take free shuttle bus at platform 0, when arrive, go inside terminal 2 and hotel will be at end of your left. Hopefully will help you all. Great hotel, great breakfast & great hospitality

The room is big (for Japan), clean, has lots of amenities. Comfy bed, hard and soft pillows. Quiet despite being at the airport. Hard to go wrong here.

this hotel is located at one end of the Terminal 2, easily accessible via Tokyo Monorail. Self check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend if you need a night stay before catching an early flight out the next day.
