Staying at Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu is a great primarily for the convenience. For the room that we got with 3 people though, it was very compact, even for Japanese standards. The facilities are well maintained though and the rooms are very clean. This location is great as we could just walk out our room to the check in counter for our domestic flight to Okinawa the next morning. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our needs as well.

I used it for an overnight stay after traveling. I was tired from the long flight, so it was helpful that it was directly connected to the airport and easy to find. The staff quickly guided me during check-in and check-out, allowing for a smooth process without waiting. I felt special being able to see airplanes taking off and landing from my room. The room was clean, and I was able to spend a comfortable time. I appreciated being able to use a room for three. The location and pricing are wonderful, but I thought it would be nice to have welcome drinks available in the lounge.

This hotel, situated just next to the domestic terminal of Haneda airport is a hidden gem. Nothing beats its super convenient location for an early next day flight coming in from an international flight. The hotel was soo nice to upgrade our twin room to a Universal room when we emailed them that one guest had disability issues. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. One comment- there is only 1 restaurant serving western dishes. But not to worry- we found a great little sushi restaurant in the domestic terminal a short distance away. Really excellent value for money and we have already booked this hotel for our next trip in september!

Glad I stayed in this hotel as I had a early morning flight. Staff were very friendly and the wifi worked well. Check- in /check- out were a breeze. Room was bigger than I expected, very clean and came with pyjamas and toiletries which meant I do not need to worry about rltaking things out from my packed luggage. Highly recommend if you have early departure/late arrival flights in T2.
