The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for getting to the hot springs and hanging lake.

Much more then expected”

Family operated makes this inn a special destination, you can see the details that only a family member would notice. Rooms were very clean, updated yet cozy. Staff was friendly and informative. We definitely plan on returning.

Comfortable bed”

This motel has been newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable. Views from second floor rooms were excellent. No breakfast at this hotel. Only negative is that the heater/AC did not have a thermostat, just high and low settings, so it was difficult to regulate temps at night. Bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy as well. They must have skipped the fan during the renovation!

Highly recommend this gem in in the mountains. Its just off the I70 and it is an amazing location. You can kick back outside the room in a comfy chair and enjoy the scenery. The bed was very comfortable. Great tap water straight from the mountains!

Squeaky clean !”

Great location , easy to get to. Not far from town (2min drive). 1h to aspen with velocirfta (bus). Wifi was good. Good very clean room ,possibility to sit outside the room.

This place is an older motel but updated and super clean. Loved having a bigger room than those chain hotels. Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave too. It is so quaint and enjoyed our stay so much while exploring the area.

large clean hot room”

The size of the room is great. The bathroom is dated but sufficient. My real gripe is the air conditioner was not sufficient for the size of the room. It didn't cool the room and we suffered all night in the heat. The front desk lady was nice but said she just works her and can't do anything. I should call the manager next week. I'll have forgotten about it by then, but don't stay here in the summer.

Hanging Lake Inn”

Out of 6 motels we stayed in on this trip, this was my fav. No frills, but so comfortable, exceptionally clean, wonderful shower, most comfortable bed and great people.

This modestly priced, and immaculately clean room gave us a very pleasant night's rest uncomfortable beds in a nice spacious and pleasingly decorated room. I wish there were more like this!

Clean but no fridge”

Thought it was weird that the room didn’t have a fridge. It was a bit of a cheaper room but all the 2 star hotels I’ve stayed at had one. They should at least offer the essentials… I had stayed there before and was disappointed this time.

Good value in Glenwood”

The hotel is clean and has comfortable beds. It is quiet and a good place to stay. They could use some place to sit in the room and maybe wall art. Mostly just aesthetics. We have always had a good experience at the Hanging Lake Inn.

Exceptional”

Everything was great except for two minor things. Would have been great to have a chair or 2 in the room. Especially since the beds are so high. Also a hook or something to hang clothes on would have helped. Very clean and nice otherwise.
