very friendly staff”
all staffs are friendly in this hotel, especially lily and the front office manager(i dont remember her name) they have very delicious breakfast. We were at their skybar everynight during our stay, if the staffs there are more attentive, it would be better. the rooms are good too
Extremely friendly hotel”
I really satisfied this hotel & staffs. Specially "Adele". She was really helpful. When we arrived in the hotel from early morning, she said we will be tired so she tried to arrange a check in. Even I didn't ask anything. And when we were back to korea she arranged a transport for us. At that time we were another hotel to stay. I really appreciate all of staff again. Specially "Adele". La spa also really nice.
This is one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed in. EVER. and I've traveled a lot! And it's because of the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful, most accommodating staff I've ever dealt with. And I've stayed here twice, and both times they exceeded expectations!! The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to the lake, shops, restaurants, food, markets, etc. But the hospitality is what brought me back here for a 2nd time, and I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I visit Hanoi again! Alex at the front desk is so friendly, his English was great, and he answered every question we had. Jennifer upstairs in the gorgeous rooftop restaurant was such a friendly smile every morning. They were all so great! Love t his place!
Best boutique hotel in the Old Quarter”
When there's a new La siesta hotel in town, you can be confident that it's gonna be amazing for sure. This hotel has the best location in the old quarter, just a few steps from Hoan Kiem Lake and Ta Hien Street but still manages to be really quiet and spacious. The interior design of the hotel and our room is very premium and sophisticated. Having breakfast at the rooftop is a very nice experience where you can have a the overall view of the lake. The staff somehow knew my birthday and surprised me with a very nice little birthday cake while i was having breakfast, such a fond memory. They communicated very well with us in English and made us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Whenever I'm in town, I will book this place to stay without a doubt
All of the staffs were exceptionally kind and friendly. I haven't experienced those kind of hospitality anywhere else in Vietnam, or even in SE Asia. The room is well decorated with high quality materials and elegant colors as well.
Friendly staff and nice foods and environment ”
The interior and room design Is superb. And tifanny is a great asset to the hotel. She speaks good English , recommended all the nice local foods in this area and arrange transportationon time for me. Impressed!!
La Siesta Central Hotel and Spa is one of the few best boutique hotel I had stayed. The staff go extra miles to make you happy during your stay, smiling and warmth. Understanding your needs and make it fulfilled. The room though small is very comfortable. Locations are very good. I would give this hotel an excellent under the GM Mr Kevin Tuan leadership.
There is 3 hotels all with same name all within 1 kilometers of eachother. ”
I would recommend you stay within all of the above hotels. Staff friendly and very helpful. Resort itself are very beautiful design. Will be recommending my friends and family to stay here.
Everything is pretty perfect here, gorgeous style , ten stars service, I'd definitely stay here again.
It was too good. Adele was my agent, and she helped me make a nice and happy trip. Clean room, Daewoo, near the lake, quiet and cool room. It was a very nice hotel. If I come to Hanoi next time, or if I go to Vietnam, I will stay at the Laciesta Hotel. Adele's kindness was so good that she had a good memory of the hotel. If people around me go to Hanoi, I will recommend it.
This is a TREMENDOUS hotel, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Hanoi. ”
It’s an homage to a bygone era, and the hotel is so comfortable, and marvelous. Certainly with the staff who can’t do enough for you- Jennifer and Amelia at the front desk are unbelievable with all their knowledge and enthusiasm and Scarlett in the restaurant makes each meal seem like a family gathering. They care so much, and I was sad to leave!! Can’t wait to return.
Wonderful staff, great location. ”
A real oasis in the chaos of the old quarter - a small hotel with the service of a serious big hotel. The staff are always on hand to help and advise as well as being super efficient and charming. Rooms very comfortable. The bar on the roof has great views and cocktails . Highly recommend.
Comfort, beauty and amazing team”
Pros: beautiful and tasty hotel. Amazing welcome by Adele. She was the one person taking care of us. She even gave us her mobile phone so that we could reach her with any question. She made us feel at home, while being in a beautiful luxury environment. She even thought of preparing us a snack and water bottle for our trip, with a lucky charm present. The night here is a price for Vietnam but the service and quality of the place is worth every penny. Cons: can't think of any
Exceptional service in a gorgeous hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter”
Just completed a long weekend with a family group of 10 people. This hotel quite rightly deserves its exceptional status on Agoda. All of the staff were extremely attentive, friendly, great command of English and made what could have been a hectic stay with the numbers involved run seamlessly. You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel. It is more expensive for a reason. Plus they have a sky bar which looks out across the whole of Hoan Kiem Lake, a very pleasant surprise.
Value for money!!”
I loved everything about La Siesta Hotel. This boutique hotel is situated in the Old quarters of Hanoi so going around the city was so convenient . We booked an executive room and it was clean and new and my boyfriend loved the smart tv :) the only flaw was it was a windowless room ...overall, the interiors of the hotel were gorgeous...most of all best commendation goes to the staff who made our visit so unforgettable.. special mention to Mai, a supervisor of the hotel. who really took time out to help us coordinate our tours and book us another half day room while we wait out for our red eye flight … they prepared for us food-to-go and even presented us this lucky handmade ornament to remember our stay...What is service par excellence? La siesta is !!!
Brought up my standard for EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!”
The staffs at this little lovely hotel were incomparably kind and helpful. I've been to many hotels, but never received this level of thoughtful and heartfelt service. Frankly speaking, the room is small and there isn't much for a view, but it is thoughtfully decorated for a comfortable stay. And when you go up to the top floor for bar and restaurant, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. But the true gem of this hotel is the staffs - so attentive, friendly but polite, and thoughtful. I like trying out different hotels, but if I go back to Hanoi, I am definitely going back to this hotel!
Excellent oasis in Hanoi”
This lovely small hotel is elegant and friendly. The staff are incredible. We have stayed here a total of 5 nights with side trips to Halong Bay and Sapa interspersed. Each time we return they greet us warmly, by name, and have held our excess luggage which is then returned to our room. The rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable. The Red Bean restaurant is considered one of the best in Hanoi. We had a special birthday celebration dinner there complete with cake and song. Highest recommendation.
I stayed just one day but the staff there wer e extremly nice and helpful, try to offer all convenience they can provide. The interior is nice, room is clean moreover the restaurant and rooftop bar are the place must go in Hanoi I would definately come back !!
EXECELLENT CHOICE ”
Amazing decoration and attentive staff. We were kindly offered the spa room to freshen up as we arrived too early for check in after a Long ride from sapa. Our room was comfortable, love the big bed, and how elegant and chic the layout and display are so well though through in the hotel and room. Roof Top bar had a great view to the lake, and we enjoyed the breakfast selection very much. We love this hotel.
Gem in the Old Quarters”
La Siesta Central is the kind of hotel you love to be rocking up to amidst all the mediocre, non-chain hotels you tend to find in Hanoi. The staff are immensely welcoming and thoughtful. Seeing how I was feeling a tad unwell (sorethroat) upon my arrival, they got to making a lovely ginger honey tea for me immediately, in addition to the sparkling welcome drink they had prepared. Although it had only be 2 nights this time round, we felt a strong sense of familiarity with the hotel staff, and every time we returned to the hotel after a few short jaunts about town, it was like returning to a calming oasis. The rooms are well-decked out in classic furnishings and well-insulated from the cacophonous street sounds below. However, to get a sense of where you are, simply swing open the balcony doors and voila - the toots and honks greet you with gusto. I'd strongly recommend this hotel for anyone desirous of a "classy" experience with its old world charm in an old charming city.
