    Very good but quiet hostel”

After having spent 4 nights at this hostel, I have to say Im very satisfied. The name is a bit misleading as when i was there it was more of a quiet hostel than a party hostel, which I liked because if you want to party you can just go somewhere downtown which is walkable. The staff was very nice too

    great value for money”

clean, free shampoo, soap and tooth brush. sometimes the music can be loud i think depends on staff working downstairs. free beer at happy hour, great way to meet people. only 5-10 minute walk from hoan kiem lake and just around the corner is a very popular pho place

    really good hostel ”

Stayed here for 10 days in 8 beds dorms. Staff is very helpful, every day room cleaning, shampoo and tooth brushes provided, wifi is really good. Bad side - quite high humidity. But it's ok in general

    A decent nights sleep”

I slept ok, there was not too much noise as my room was at the back and I had the bottom bunk. The toilets do not all have soap in but I think I remember them having toilet paper. Location is a reasonable walk from places and there are lots of cafes and restaurants around and a 7-11 not too far.

    Ok place, cheap”

Its not luxury but it was the cheapest place I found in the centre and the place was ok. They let you borrow a towel for a deposit only and there is a common area to meet people. Its not great for early risers though as the staff sleep in the hall and lock the door so you have to wake them up and then maybe wake them again when you go back in

Cheap place to stay good when its not crowded”

I had the bottom bunk and the place had empty beds so it was good. the free beer lasted a long time, there were tables to sit at and the bathroom in the room was enough. Its not too close to a bus or train but it was walkable for me.

    Good stay ”

The reason why I stayed here was because of the female dorm room. It was a room with 8 beds and each bed had 2 charging points with it. The locker was small though, unable to fit the whole luggage. Basic toiletries were provided and the toilet was inside the room, it was big too. I stayed 4 nights, it was comfortable and the staff were friendly to answer my questions. It's around 15mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake but you can always get an uber. Old Quarter is just outside, you'll find yourself surrounded with many shophouses and many food choices available. I'll definitely stay here again because of the cheap price.

    Sleepyhead staff”

I arrived in the early morning and the guy was sleeping on the mat on the reception. He opened the door and went straight back to sleep. I didnt understand why he didnt check me and had to ask him again. He told me to wait on the bench for two hours when the check in opens. The cleaning lady was very nice and always smiled. The hostel was clean and was cleaned every day. The bad thing is the terrible wifi :(

not really a party hostel but good value for your money”

the name is somewhat misleading. Not so much of a party here. But I really liked it actually that it was a quiet hostel (you can always look for a party elsewhere). The staff was nice until I decided I didnt want to go on a tour that the staff offered me. After that they got a bit grumpy :'(

Beware of your cash & belongings”

I lost some cash & 2 good shirt when i was staying here. Could be 1 of the staff or cleaner who did it when everyone is out. Unable to return bck there as i had on my way to other cities already. Even with locker please be aware. to bring your all your cash where ever u go. I was quite unlucky as i forgot that i had some few cash left in my hidden compartment bag. Even i always check for my items. Things happen really quickly. If any of u still want to stay here . Please be extra careful especially room on level 3 because some of their staff sleeps in the dormitary room

WARNING! BED BUGS and SAFETY OF your things!”

Most of them are too bad in communication. But we were trying to understand them. The cleaner always staring to our things and lost some items. We dont know who took it. Aircon wasnt that cold. You can still smell the cigarette smokes from downstairs and staff doesnt care just saying sorry to us and that's it. NO ACTION. THINK Hundred times before you book and check in this hostel. (T__T)

Early check in means you need to pay for another night.”

I arrived at around 6:30am and the guy from the reception told me that if I want to checkin early, I need to pay for another night which is $3.50. I pre-paid my bed for only $2.50. A dollar more expensive for almost 6 hours earlier stay. But since I was exhausted from my travel, I give in. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and with toiletries. JUST DON’T CHECKIN EARLY

This place is cheap but they probably make their money on booking tours whcih mean they do overcharge a bit, there are lots of travel agencies in HanOI so shop around a bit.I rented a motorbike from there which was ok but the tours and the drinks including water they sell are above normal prices
