Excellent hotel with fantastic service!
Great price, Good location, Very friendly service.
Spent 2 nights here and would do it again in a heartbeat. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, and helped arrange all my transport to and from the airport. The location is within walking distance of many local attractions. The room itself was cosy, clean, tidy and provided me with a peaceful nights sleep. It may only have a 2 star, but value for this place is sooo underrated. Highly recommended to all who visit Hanoi. This place is truly serenity!

Good
Helpful staff, spacious rooms, accessibility
The rooms are kind of outdated but overall, still good. The staff was wonderful. They allowed us to leave our luggage in their hotel for two days since we were going to Halong Bay and upon our returned, they helped us with the airport transfer. They also gave us a room upgrade so it's all good. The breakfast was also quite good.

For budget travellers
Location, responsive staff, location
If you're into walking, you can go around town from this hotel (if you figure out the map). But this hotel is really for budget travelers as the amenities are very basic.
