One of the best hotels to live on the outskirts of Old Quarter Hanoi”
Our stay at this hotel was extremely pleasant and we would love to come back here again. The hosts were courteous and friendly. The breakfast was a standard one, but it was quite filling and tasty. We enjoyed having Pho for breakfast every day. The room was quite spacious and had good amount of natural light. The balcony was facing towards North East - East so we could see the sunrise which was a bonus. Apart from the roof of the Hotel Lounge, which blocked the view partially, there was no obstruction to the view. The room was tidy. Old Quarter is only a few minutes walking distance. The Railway track is very close. Hailing a taxi was easier than at the Old Quarter where you may have to walk a little further out from the hotel if the hotel is in a narrow lane. Overall, a comfortable, pleasant, and enjoyable experience staying at this hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are here in Hanoi for a week or more.

Absolute Gem”
We had a superb stay here, location is excellent right in the centre of old quarter so easy to walk to all attractions in Hanoi. The staff here really make this hotel - they learn everyone’s name, greet you every time you come in, offer you cold drinks all the time and even write messages on your breakfast plates! We felt really comfortable here and could ask any questions and for reccomendations. We checked in and out a few times due to some trips we had booked and we felt sure our bags were safe in the hotel. They even moved our bags into our new room ready for when we got back and wrote welcome back messages on the bed! The level of English spoken was the best we encountered during our trip in Vietnam. We had a late flight and they even offered a room for us to shower and change in - much appreciated. This hotel deserves to be the best rated in Hanoi.

Gorgeous Hotel In Hanoi”
This is a stunning boutique hotel with beautiful rooms, fabulously comfortable beds, a great shower and an excellent restaurant. However, what makes it stand out is the wonderful personal touch of the staff (especially Daisy and Phuong). As well as fabulous tips to help us enjoy our stay in Hanoi, arranging taxis for us and greeting us warmly whenever we returned from our sightseeing, the hotel stored our baggage when we went away overnight on a Halong Bay Cruise and greeted us with a welcome home message in flowers on our bed when we returned. It's the lovely personal touches which makes this such a fantastic place to stay. Would love to go back!

Fantastic Hotel”
My second time in Hanoi. Me and my partner selected this hotel based on reviews and were not disappointed. We travelled extensively throughout Vietnam and this was the best hotel we stayed at. Location is good, you can see everything from the hotel within a 20 minute walk. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel was also fantastic, lovely atmosphere and great service from all staff. Talking of service this is the real standout of the hotel. All the staff literally couldn't do enough for you!!! Remembering your name, your travel plans and just seeing how you were. Elsa and Molly were especially forthcoming with fantastic customer and personal service. If you come to Hanoi 100% stay here!!!

Impressive”
The level of customer service and attention to detail is beyond impressive. Molly and the front of house team are always one step ahead of your plans and constantly looking for ways to assist you. To such an extent if you have booked a Halong Bay execution they will contact your tour operator to confirm your pick up and itinerary. I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels but this one really is brilliant due to its staff.The beds are comfortable, breakfast is excellent and the spa is certainly a ‘must do’ whilst in town.I cannot recommend this hotel enough, if you are considering it just book it, you won’t be disappointed as I certainly wasn’t.Well done The Hanoian Central Hotel team!

Amazing hotel with perfect location”
This hotel was everything I was expecting and more. It has the most amazing location, (right in the heart of the Old Quarter), delicious food and the staff was incredibly sweet. They arranged everything for us, including tours and airport pickup and drop off. The receptionist, Phuong, was the best advisor to discover Hanoi and made sure everything was perfect for us. The rest of the staff was really friendly and polite, always attentive. Massages were amazing at their spa and our room had an amazing city view and was extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would return without hesitation.

Excellent Hotel ”
My partner and I recently stayed at the hotel for two nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The location of the hotel was also perfect in the old town of Hanoi. One thing that really stood out to us was the hotel's excellent customer service. When we accidentally left our headphones in the safe, the staff called us to let us know and arranged for us to retrieve them when we returned to the hotel. This small but thoughtful gesture really made a difference to us and showed how much the hotel values its guests. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi. The staff, particularly Elsa, were fantastic, and the rooms and location were top-notch. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Hanoi.

Fantastic Service”
We stayed in the Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa this month as part of our honeymoon in Vietnam and really enjoyed our stay. We had two different rooms as we stayed for one night before heading to Halong Bay, then stayed for another few nights. Both rooms were modern and clean. The first room was slightly smaller than we expected but ideal for one night, the second room was quite large and we appreciated the space as we stayed for more nights. The great thing was that the hotel were so accommodating and let us leave most of our luggage with them while we were out at Halong Bay!The facilities in this hotel are great - tourist desk, skybar with great views and lovely breakfast.Staff are absolutely excellent, so helpful! They gave us directions to places we wanted to go and were so friendly at all times!The hotel location is on the edge of the centre of Hanoi, most places of interest are within a 10-15 min walk or a short Grab ride. The great thing about the location is that it is away from most of the madness in central Hanoi and that means it's quiet for sleeping! There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars located close by and Train Street is only a 5 min walk away.If we were returning to Hanoi we'd definitely stay here again!

We arrived in Hanoi at 4.30am and we're immediately made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond in every way to make you feel welcome. The service is truly exceptional as they have cared about our wellbeing even after we left offering information and advice for our onward destinations . This kind of personal service comes only with people who genuinely care. The food in the restaurant is also outstanding. The hotel itself is nestled in the heart of the old quarter and is elegant and charming without being opulent and ostentatious. I would highly recommended the Hanoian Central Hotel.

Fantastic Stay”
Truly can't say enough good things about Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa in Hanoi. They provide exceptional service as well as beautifully appointed and very comfortable rooms. The Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa is perfectly located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi which makes touring very convenient. It has an amazing restaurant, great food and drinks, but what truly makes this boutique hotel stand out is the phenomenal customer service provided by ALL the staff that work at the hotel. I only wish I could remember the names of each employee that went out of their way to help me in order to individually thank each individual, but sadly I can't. With that said, I do want to give a shout out to Tommy for the excellent service he provided. Tommy is extraordinarily conscientious, always available by phone/email (even when he is off of work!), he is extremely professional and very detailed oriented. The excellent service provided by Tommy made our stay at the hotel so easy and effortless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

Best Service Ever”
My boyfriend and I chose The Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa based on its unique and beautiful rooms. However, when we arrived we were blown away by their service. They were hands down the highlight of Hanoi. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels during my travels, but the Hanoian Central staffs really go beyond. The rooms are also clean and the design of the place is beautiful. Really recommend The Hanoian Central to anyone traveling to Hanoi. The price is reasonable, it’s close to everything, and you really can’t get this level of service anywhere else.

Best Staff Ever”
Our fist and second night in Vietnam we have stayed hanoian central hotel. In one word; amazing! The rooms were great and clean, also the breakfast was one of the best I have seen so far.But the most important thing that I have to mention is the staff, I never have slept in a hotel with a friendly staff like this. Molly is such a kind lady, she even helped us when we left the hotel and we came back from a trip at the Ha Long bay cruise. Also Andrew helped us a lot! Great experience!!

Fantastic”
We stayed here after a week in Cambodia where we stayed in what was classed the best hotel in Asia, but Hanoian Central hotel and Spa was by far our favorite!! The hotel is decorated Lovely. The rooms are perfect, they have everything you need and are very comfortable. Breakfast is very tasty with lots of choice and very fresh food. The location is perfect as you are 10 min walk away from centre and is in the lovely old quarter. The air con is always on the perfect setting and strong which is exactly what you need when coming in from the heat.We couldn't praise the staff enough. They couldn't have done enough for us and we're always smiling and welcoming. Tommy in particular was a great help, he helped book us our trips and excursions and was full of helpful local knowledge. He organised complements before we left, messages on our breakfast plates and even went to the effort of learning how to pronounce my name correctly. He really gave the experience a personal touch.We couldn't recommend the hotel enough and if we come back we would definitely stay here.

lovely, warm and kind staff”
After a long trip we arrived at this hotel and were greeted with a drink and some lovely very helpful staff. It is a small hotel in the centre of the old town with lots going on all around us. We had a large comfortable room at the back of the hotel. The hotel had good air conditioning and we could not hear any noise from the street from this room. Molly and Elsa were especially helpful and a true delight. They gave us lots of useful information including how to cross the road which was essential. The breakfast was great. We were sad to leave.

It is located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi near everything we wanted to see. The staff at the lobby had our room ready when we arrived and greeted us warmly with warm towels, fresh fruit and herbal tea. Everyone we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room ameneties were great. The showers were spacious and the beds comfortable with nice decor. The breakfast which was included in the price was the best we had in all of the places we visited in Vietnam. The hostess in the hotel Phuong knew us day one and remembered us when we returned from our excursions to Halong Bay and Hoian.We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and look forward to coming back!

The Hanoian Central gave our holiday in Vietnam off to a great start. The rooms are clean.We arrived in torrential rain from the airport and felt like royalty as staff leapt to shelter us from the rain with umbrellas. The staff were really welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. While the restaurant was a bit pricey for us the breakfasts were excellent with a buffet supported by an egg chef.To top it all off, when I fed back about a bit of dust under the bed, they refunded our train fare to Ninh Binh, our next destination. Thank you!

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable room”
Located in the old quarter, Hanoian is a great option! Upon check in Molly was extremely welcoming and kind for me and my son ensuring we had all the information needed for our time in Hanoi without being overwhelming. Walking distance to anything in the OQ. such an beautiful area. We stayed in the family room because we wanted separate beds, located on the top floor, for sure enough space for us. (You will need to take elevator to 6th and then walk up stairs the final flight just so you are aware). The shower was a little confusing to use at first but eventually got it and worked just fine. Breakfast was interesting. They said 6:30, but almost all of the hot options were not available until 7, just mentioning if you need to eat early. Otherwise the food was fine, nothing worth noting. Our second morning we had a early check out to get to the airport and they put together a to go breakfast for us (2 slices of bread, watermelon and a banana) - it’s the thought that counts !! For sure would stay again when we come back to Hanoi in the future.

The rate per day is reasonable with buffet breakfast. The staff are exemplary specially Ms. Molly who attended to each and every need of the hotel’s guests. Everyday, the staff cleans the rooms and changes the towels and beddings. Ms Molly and the rest of the staff assisted us from booking our airport pick up and transfers, finding foreign currency money changer with the best rate, finding places to visit, malls to shop, markets to go, ordering food on line for us and recommending tours available. We really cant ask for more on the way they treat their guests. Keep it up and you guys deserve a promotion or at least a bonus for doing your job very well. Thank you for a great and memorable stay in Hanoi. I will definitely stay again.

Superb location, hospitality and cleanliness.”
This is our first time in Hanoi. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly, and introduced us places near old quarters to visit (eating places and places of attractions). They spoke fluent english, hence there was no communication barrier. Location is superb, easy to get to places in old quarters and plus point is the road is not blocked during weekend night market, hence we can still take grab to our hotel place easily. Our room is the balcony room, which is spacious. Whether balcony view is nice will depends on your room level. In terms of cleanliness, they have maintained it well in our room and other hotel spaces. Breakfast variety is good as well, with danishes, cakes, fruits, warm food, carbs, cereals, bread, salads, and coffee/tea. Overall, the stay is very comfortable and fabulous. Thanks a lot for having us and for the pleasant stay!
