“Comfort and Convenience at Near‑Best Value”
Me, my wife and a friend stayed at this hotel during our trip to Hanoi for 6days & 6 nights. The staff was superb, friendly, attentive and very accomodating especially Sir Victor who was very helpful in all our requests and Ms Sarah who was very kind to assist us in all our travel and tour bookings. The hotel offers the best value for money in the area, which is just a 100 meters from Hoan Kiem Lake and walking distance to the old quarter and other places such as convenience stores, Madame Huong bakery with their yummy goods, banks and cultural attractions. It also has comfortable beds for a good night’s rest. We didn’t mind that there was not a gym or pool because we went to Hanoi to explore the city especially the old quarter and went touring near outside Hanoi. Not much time for a swim or even a workout for the duration of our stay, we were out of the hotel each morning and came back late night even so it seemed we didn’t had enough time to explore. It also comes with a buffet breakfast, although limited but what do you expect for the price range of the hotel. Only downside is shower water pressure a bit weak and aircon/air vents needs to be cleaned (air coming out of airvents have dust with it, but only in our room in our friend’s room he doesn’t have this problem). All in all this hotel is more than enough if you are in a budget. It offers way more than what you paid for.. Hopefully the establishment can improve their water pressure in their showers and also clean/maintain the aircon vents properly. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to Hanoi.
