stayed here for 2d1n. it's pretty far from the city. had to keep taking the motorbike taxi (abt 7 mins ride, each trip cost between 30b to 50b one way depending on the time). not many food places nearby. you can find some thaifood within the near walking distance, but the options are little. the hotel itself is located beside 3 clubs..the clubs are loud! the rooms are somewhat well insulated but you can still hear the heavy bass till about 4am or 5am, depending on what time they feel like going home. so if you're a super light sleeper, this is not a good place. as for the hotel itself. the room is spacious (i got a superior room). the shower and the room is clean. however, there isn't a coffee/tea making facility in the room, and the hotel's cafe is closed for some reason, so no breakfast/coffee here either. and hotel room view is just neighbouring buildings. the receptionist don't speak much english so communication was a lil bit of a problem. the room in which i stayed, they bulb in the shower was fused, i called them up, the room service woman came up, said something in siamese, shook her head and when away. so i had to manage with the mirror's light. so in total, the room is clean, beds are comfortable.. but there are too many other downsides, so i wouldn't stay here again. it would be better off staying smack in the city.

nice out of town place”
Peaceful and nice place. I liked this hotel because I hate to stay at a noisy surroundings. I choose this hotel randomly but it turned out to be great. The only lack is transport, if you have your own transport that would be perfect. Otherwise you need to local taxi drive number so that you can call him and make arrangement with him in the event you want to head to town.

The location is far away from town & shopping area”
The hotel is far away from shopping area & town, very inconvenience. We requested non smoking room but the smell of smoke was strong, the staff put on the air refresher then only better. I'll not stay this hotel again when I travel to Hat Yai in the future.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
a nice place to stay with big rooms, strong water shower and at night it change to night entertaiment. in the morning the hotel was so normal where nothing nearby there. to go to market place at hatnyai was abit problem where u have to arrange the "tuk tuk" by your own self.

Located quite far from town from railway station to hotel using Grab pay around 80baht. Reception speaks NO ENGLISH AT ALL. They require deposit of 500baht. Very big room nice and comfortable king size bed but hotel is VERY QUITE. Lobby no aircond walkway hall is hot and dim. Bathroom comes with shower and bathtub. Basic amenities include comb,toothbrush and soap but no shower cap. No fridge and no coffee making facilities. Provided 2 bottled water and room facing club night got people fight at 4.30am ughhhhh. Whole hotel like haunted especially at night superrrr quite and cold 👻

Good price, but not the nicest facilities”
The best part about this hotel is the bars that are within walking distance. The rooms are decently comfortable, but the WiFi is very problematic and the shower is either stone cold or boiling hot. They have the individual water heaters on the wall of the shower, and it definitely needs to be adjusted.

Lousy hotel with backwards check-in system”
Only redeeming point about this hotel is its low price. Other than that, everything was terrible and way below expectations. Do not be fooled by the pictures. When we reached there, the entire room was hot and stuffy as the staff did not bother turning the air conditioner on. The location is also not convenient as it is far from the central area in Had Yai. There is free wifi but no computers available for the staff to check bookings, which is very ironic. The staff was not efficient and we spent an hour waiting for the check-in process to be completed. The hotel is surrounded by pubs and shady places, so it is difficult to fall asleep with the banging music from downstairs. Overall, this is a bad place to live in unless you are on a really tight budget.

Good for those who like party, there is a carabet at night, there are discotique, pub, lounge, bar all around in 10 minutes walking distance. Lots of local transport at night but it is hard to find transport in day. Quite far from shopping town. Hotel is located outside hatyai city.

Good for the price, but not the best facilities”
The staff is very nice, but doesn't speak much English, so it was pretty hard to communicate what you need. But once they get the message, they're happy to help! They didn't know anything about how to fix the WiFi though, and it doesn't reach every room, which is a huge pain.

For such a room rate, u can't bargain for more, except that I did have huge challenges when I wanted to go to the city by day. You won't be able to get any motorbike or tuk-tuk taxi in the vicinity, unless they happened to fetch passenger(s) to the hotel.

This hotel is directly next to the famous disco Paragon and also BarBerry. You can actually spend your night at this 2 area. This hotel is slightly out from the town which is good because there is less traffic around the hotel.
