I have stayed in this hotel for the third time. It is still very nice and I will definitely choose this hotel again. Some small improvement: to provide better quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer; also the the water in swimming pool is a bit too cool (then it will be perfect).
Fave hotel in GREAT part of town”
I have stayed at Hansar 3 times now, for a couple of nights each time I swing by Bangkok. I usually book the room with the plant wall. The rooms are spacious, comfy beds and pillows, nice amenities, attentive staff and a real oasis after dealing with Bangkok pollution and noise. The buffet breakfast is great with a mix of local Thai and Western hot and cold items, fresh fruit juice and coconuts! The coffee is great - french press or espresso - great tea selection. I will return back annually
Fantastic Bangkok base”
Everything worked for us ... room gym pool food service location 😊
Good location and facilities”
This hotel is very close to Ratchadamri BTS. A little inconvenient if you want to go to Chit Lom, but just one stop away from shopping centres around Siam BTS. Breakfast was great but the tables are small if you have a big group: The pool and gym are good and the staff are very friendly.
Great Location, friendly staff ”
this hotel is within walking distance to BTS, great and friendly staff! Rooms are very outdated.
Money and time Well Spent”
The Hansar is a very high-quality hotel located just a few minutes' walk from the nearest BTS, and a short walk to Siam Paragon. The staff are exceptionally friendly and hospitable. The facilities offered are top-notch, including a 26m long pool and an above-average, somewhat roomy gym. The beds are magnificent. My room came with free water and beers in the fridge.
Best Hotel I've Stayed At!”
Everything about the hotel felt very welcoming and warm - from the staff at the entrance, reception, restaurant, and pool area, to the room decor and amenities. It's an all-suite hotel so the room was quite spacious. Fresh fruit in the living room and all mini-bar items were complimentary. The bathroom had a tub and a huge rainfall shower head, it felt like I was under a waterfall! The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud (except for a mosquito in the room so I got a sleepless night - the front desk was kind enough to offer me a discount to extend check-out until 6pm so I could sleep. Make sure your quickly close your suite door when you enter!). The pool was warm and the gym was well equipped. It also had towels and drinking water. The restrooms were large with a steam room. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Fresh-pressed juice selection, fresh cut coconuts, menu items, and a great variety of buffet items. This was the best hotel I've stayed at and I would definitely return!
awesome BF & huge suite”
Great elefin coffee , juice & food. awesome staff who are helpful & handy, good gym, relaxing and huge room & bathroom, the only minor drawback is the swimming which is a bit small yet okay to chill for abit. Classy wellness center.
The best I've found so far and I've been looking for a long time!”
Having lived for 8 years down in South East Asia I have repeatedly visited Bangkok dozens of times in numerous Hotels and this is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. It isn't perfect and you can find cheaper good quality alternatives but the sublime comfort of the bed in the large room, the superb friendly service, the delicious food and breakfast, I could write more! The Hansar is a truly lovely Hotel and well worth the money you pay to stay in it. Out of nothing but curiosity In my next visit to Bangkok next month I am tempted to look at the extremely expensive Hotels like the Four seasons but in truth, there really is no need to.
great hotel with some small irregularities. stylish rooms, good gym, nice pool surrounded by huge buildings, delicious breakfast with fresh coconuts/ juices etc some smaller irregularities exist but maybe individual (room wasn’t cleaned til 5pm even asked for etc) restaurant small menu, coffee once took 15mins at breakfast, 2nd didn’t come at all... )but still a great hotel) directly at BTS station
Good location, very kind staffs, organic breakfast”
3 mins walk to BTS, 1 station to siam paragon. 5 mins walk to erawan shrine. Staff are great and helpful Rooms too much carpet, humid.. Living room can be less carpet so its less dusty. Sofa has dust mites that bites. Room mantainence and cleanliness need to give more attention. Else is good stay in this hotel
Great coffee, organic breakfast and amazing spa”
We stay in Bangkok every year and have never gone back to a hotel twice, we will certainly revisit Hansar. We loved the restaurant and ate there every night. I particularly loved their organic coffee which they source especially for the hotel and my husband loved the amazing spa. Very stylish, very functional.
Ive strayed in this establishment many times now and I choose to go back not only for the spacious environment, but the EVERY single staff are amazingly friendly and attentive. Though Ratchadamri BTS is literally minutes way (walking distance) but its also convenient enough to walk to Chidlom and the Four Face Buddha. Definitely feel at home at The Hansar.
SUPER NICE POOL!”
Great range of breakfast choice! Room is super big, just a little bit old at the bathtub area. The POOL is SUPER NICE! I can stay at the poolside for whole afternoon. Nice service at the poolside as well as they proactively handed me towel and bottle water. GREAT location which is just 1 min walk from the station. My top choice for bangkok!!
Yes & No”
Pros:- Breakfast - Freshly prepare Thai local dishes and other Western style breakfast; Massage- Luxsa Spa Massage on 10th Floor was brilliant and professional! Cons:- Staff - Not friendly and at times, avoiding eye contacts; Cleanliness - Room was large but hygiene was so bad! Rubber seals of fridge was awfully mouldy and looking horrible! Even the fridge fan was covered with mould!! The floor was not clean where stains from the night before is still there the next day after the cleaner cleaned the room.
Sad to leave!”
We stayed at the Hansar Hotel for one week in Bangkok and had a really great stay. The room was beautiful with a huge bathroom and walk in closet, a washing machine (which came in very handy), and a spacious room in general. Bed was comfortable as well. The pool was nice and quiet most of the times we were there and there's also a decent gym for you to use. Breakfast was included and it was awesome every morning down at the Elefin Restaurant. Lots of delicous fresh fruit and juice, a menu to order from (all free), and a small buffet as well! We especially liked the noodle soup and omelette/eggs with sausage. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We took a trip to Ayutthaya for the day and the concierge helped us plan the entire day without any fuss. The only downside is the location is slightly tucked away, but not a super far walk from the busy area (maybe about 7 mins to Erawan shrine), however it felt far sometimes due to the intense heat!
Very service oriented and comfortable hotel”
We arrived at the hotel greeted warmly by Joy, who did leave us an impression. During our stay, we were further impressed that all the staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. From arranging taxi for us to the service crew at the breakfast, a very service oriented hotel. Of course we will recommend Hansar to our friends who are travelling to Bangkok, and we look forward to staying at Hansar in future:)
My wife and I booked here for our anniversary. It was everything I expected for a hotel of its caliber. The staff was above and beyond in service quality and great care was taken to ensure our stay was pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.
Not as good as last time, but still one of my favourite hotels in BKK.”
Check in was a bit messy this time. Firstly putting me on the 13th floor was a bit odd knowing that the hotel was not busy so there must have been lots of rooms available. They should know that many travellers don't like 13th floor ( believe they know it, that is why they call the 13th floor H floor!). Apart from this I had a few more unpleasant things happened during my stay. However in the end they kindly allowed me to stay in the room until 8:00PM for free of charge upon my departure as a compensation for the problem I had. Happy ending!
Nice & cozy hotel”
Staff are friendly & helpful. The room is unexpectedly big, chic & comfortable. I was only be able to get asleep during the stay in this hotel throughout my trip in BKK & Hua Hin. Breakfast is delicious & in high quality though not many selections are available. Truly recommend you to pick this hotel to enjoy your trip in BKK.
