We have been there for 1 night. We checked in late it's around 19:30. When we arrived, the staff of 2 girls told us the room had run out. However, we booked in advance and I confirmed my reservation previously by a long distance phone. At the moment, the staff tried to call another hotel for room availability. Finally, one of them suggested to change another room type for us; we booked a twin bedroom and she recommends a single bedroom. Besides, she offered us a free breakfast which costs RMB¥18. I accepted the offers because I have no other choice. In the end, we found our bed which was big enough for two men. Moreover, the room which was located near the elevator was new, convenient and clear. After that experience, I just appreciate the stuff helped us to solve the problem.
In conclusion, here are my pieces of sincere advice.
1. Check in early and set the latest check-in time on booking form
2. No refrigerator in room; use their refrigerator at reception counter (=coffee bar)

I booked the hotel room for check-in on 1 June 2018 via Agoda online website on 30 May 2018. However, after I booked the hotel room and paid the hotel fee via my credit card, I was notified that I had to change the date of my booking to 1 week afterward. Agoda totally took my previous payment and charged me for full charge after I rebook it. i.e. I have to pay over 2 times hotel room fee for staying one night. Agoda also doesn't allow me to cancel my previous booking and return the previous payment. If Agoda allows me to book my hotel room one day before check-in, they shall also allow me to cancel my hotel room one day afterward. Please review your team's internal booking procedure and cancellation procedure to be more user friendly and the payment and cancellaton payment shall be more fairer as well.

The room upon check-in was not cleaned properly, we found food on the side table and on the floor. Otherwise, the is a bus stop in front which brings you to many areas of interest, or else taxi is affordable.

irresponsible hotel”
my worst staying experience in Zhuhai over yrs... i was given a room with a broken window (only cover with net but no glass on it), wall paper tearing and black mold can be seen underneath.. the room is located at the busiest junction, vehicles honking noises non stop thru day and night. I was told that the hotel rooms were fully occupied and i have to tolerate until next afternoon.
