My bf likes this place a lot! Cause the room is hugh and spacious and also totally minimal. For me i like about the cleanliness and good facilities. But what i dont prefer is to walk all the way to the room cause this hotel doesnt have a lift for you. So you guys if you have a heavy suitcase or somethin, you would consider this place neatly.

Overall a decent hotel - good value for money. Some nice restaurants around and while no car park on site, they have a deal with another hotel 50m away where you can park. Check out Mama Delores nearby for some of the best middle-eastern food in Bangkok.

Good hotel”
Surprisingly spacious room, looking at the building I wouldn't have guessed. There's so much desk / shelf space, plus a small desk and chair. Space for hanging your clothes and bags. Space around the bed, a big room! Bathroom is decent, shower is so good. What was lacking was the lack of communication ability of the staff. It would help if they speak English, I know it's not so nice to expect that in a foreign country, but it would be a win win case. Most guests were foreigners, many coming for business or embassy purposes. I asked the receptionist if my booked room was available later so I can stay longer, she just couldnot understand. Another downside for me are the restaurant/bar next doors, live music at night. Luckily the singer was soothing. Not a fan of the area, but for a night or three to get some work done, this hotel is amazing.

The staffs cannot speak English but overall experience was very positive. It is not too busy as area and feel pretty secured. Room was clean, AC and hot shower worked well. The room was specious too. For those who want to enjoy city life or night life, it is not recommended as it is a bit far from the central areas but if you want to travel a bit slow, it is a good place to stay.

I see a lot of people complain, there is no lift. If you are fit, it is even better for your fat lazy american ass to use stairs sometimes. It is really not a problem. If you have disability or other health problems then consider a different hotel but the highest you can go in this building is 4th floor so its not that bad. Staff is very nice. For this price is good hotel. We've been to couple other hotels in Bangkok and this one is our favorite in this price.

The room had enough space for 5 people. It was clean and had a minimalist interior to it. I like how quiet the area is, and how it was near Lumphini park. My only concern was it was a bit of a walk to the main road. Nevertheless, I had a lovely stay there I will comeback.

Place is quite deep into a narrow alley, and if you reach there with personal car you’ll need to park at Aim hotel on the opposite side. Aside from lack of parking spot the place is clean and smells really nice. The room provides you with enough space and very decent rest room, with minimalist decorations which makes me feel relaxed. Would really recommend.

The hotel rooms are exactly matching the pictures, the rooms are fine, I can't complain. But the staff barely speaks english! They mess up all the information, can't keep accountancy about your booking at all... One time I even woke up from a staff member opening a door to my room with some new guest, that's the first time I experienced such incompetence.

Cheap and cheerful ”
Hotel looks great on the website but looks nothing like those glossy pictures in real life. The hotel is very basic The drains stink and shower floods I stayed a few days and the room was not cleaned even once. No clean towels fresh water - nothing. Wifi was ok To access the rooms you have to climb a very small and very steep staircase Worst of all the hotel is literally in the middle of no where, to walk anywhere is really dangerous as there are no pavements. No recommend unless you get it for a very cheap price
