best resort in the aera for good money”

we stay there 2 times, stuff is very friendly and helpful, nice villas on orange tree resorst other side of the road but same owner , fresh and clean rooms , cleaning every day , swimming pool was under construction but U can use in other resort, very nice breakfast in price of stay, best to rent bike and ride around Krabi and beach, is just 5 min to center with shops and bars, strongly recomendet to turist with children , they have lot of fun in big tub and all areas. owner can arrande any pick up, ferry , spped boat, taxi .. also free ride to shopping area and bars. Thank You it was very nice to stay in Happines Resort and Orange tree resort, we will come back !

Cosy setting for retirees and young honeymooners”

This resort is well kept and the reception is helpful and friendly because she will go extra mile to give us information regarding the island and places of interest to go to. We can rent motorbikes in this resort for this is the convenient way to go around in krabi. My family enjoyed our stay there and wish to come back to the same resort next time.

Sweet place and nice staff”

It was clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and sweet. Reasonable ealki g distance to Nopparat Beach, but maybe not at night. I never saw a pool, but saw it was written up in orevious descriptions. Also, dont bother with the superior bungalow, go for the regular bungalow instead.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”

we stayed here only for one night. manager kim was wonderful and really helpful. she planned a very good trip for our short day at krabi. also they have facility for free drop and pick to ao-nang beach which is around 2-3 km away from this resort. also independant cottages very big, neat and clean. atmosphere in resort is superb. great value for money.

beautiful place to relax ”

We only planned to stay 2 nights but as we got to our room and walked around the resort within a half hour we went and booked three more nights and ended our trip there wowo amazing and super affordable for such a beautiful place and the owner is so polite and helpful . She always recomended something for us sto see and helped us so much !!

Wonderful Staff”

We enjoyed our stay at the Happiness Resort. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We found the bungalo very clean and suited our needs. The pool was disapointing, not clean during our stay, so we did not use the pool. The pool was not as clean as portrayed in the promotion.

quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature ”

I enjoyed very much my stay at happiness resort thanks to the cosy room facilities,gorgeous gardens and clean pool.They provide free shuttle to ao nang so you can enjoy both relaxation and city life when you need. The internet connection was strong ,ideally for those who do computer work. Very frinedly staff.

Happiness resort - ok, but not "good"”

positive: large rooms, bus shuttle from hotel negative: "happiness resort" is too far to walk from the sea away. the resort is in a nice garden like environment, but the garden should be better maintanined, currently it makes as neglected impression. the rooms are nice, but only "ok", not "good". reason for this statement is the competition from hotels close to the sea. i paid via /night for 1 night, competition is e.g. a new built hotel best western ao nang resort for /night. among other: in room 105 the yellow-colored toilet-bowl disturbed me. the water, even after the rinse, still looked as yellow as if it had not been flushed. the hotel is ok, but compared to other hotels at the ao nang beach not a good deal. offering hot water and coffe powder and a toast is not a "breakfast" in the sense of "breakfast" ...

Friendly Haven”

I enjoyed my stay here despite a few booking hiccups which were no fault of the hotel. They went out of there way to make me feel welcome and there bungalow's were big and comfortable.

Small Bungalows away from noisy beach”

Although the location is away from the beach the hotel's little shuttle bus was a great way to get in and out of the different villages. The hostess helped us get a private boat for snorkelling and touring the iaslands away from the crowds.

Very warm & helpful”

This ia a smalll boutique hotel with the feel of a warm personal guest house feel to it, The owner was very warm and helpful, the lovely feeling that the customer is more than just a customer.

Excellent small family-run resort in quiet area ”

easy access to pleasantly situated pool. spacious car parking areas. shopping area within reasonable walking distance.

Poorly maintained and cared for”

This resort has good potential but the rooms are ugly and rather dirty. Bathroom not maintained with broken shower and cobwebs and grime. Uncomfortable furniture. Could be a deck but there is not. No lamps, only flourescent overhead lights. Yuk. I hope this resort which is 2km from the beach gets better.

Small and compact location”

Not quite what we expected based on the pictures on the web site but over the days stayed we came to really enjoy the privacy and the fact the swimming pool was located right next door to the 4 rooms I had booked. Rooms very clean although basic but good enough for our short visit. Biggest issue is we had no option but to eat out in the evenings as the Chef was on holiday and there was no one stand in.

nous sommes arrivés vers 15h,nos chambre n'étaient pas propres.. le bungalows sale et vieux, avec des espaces de 10 cm en dessous des portes... pour bien laisser les insectes entrer!! . une climatisation mais dès que vous partez de l'hôtel, le personnel la coupe! donc quand vous rentrer le soir, il fait chaud dans la chambre et les moustiques vous accueillent ! la piscine est sale et nettoyée rarement! vraiment déçu!
