Everything is flawless about the place and the staff is extremely helpful. It is located above a coffee shop but noise is not an issue whatsoever and the price is super reasonable for what it has to offer.

Far away from tourist area, but with motorbike/grab/taxi no problem. Lot of local cafes and restaurants nearby. Supermarket ~5 min walk away. Very clean, good bed, nice balcony, elevator. Room cleaning every two days (you get everytime two 0,5L water bottles). Would recommend for everybody who doesn't want to stay near the tourist area and has a motorbike or doesn't mind to use grab/taxi service. Airport is just a 15 min drive away.

j'ai vraiment aimé la chambre et le quartier !! la chambre est juste très confortable et spacieuse pour le prix .le personnel est très sympa et le quartier permet de voir autre chose que le district 1 de Saigon et ça vaut vraiment le détour!
