Small hotel in Tomohon area”

Room have no aircon and TV. There is crack in the door, people can see through the room. No breakfast, only get instant tea/coffee.

Standard rooms are not great”

I didn't have particularly high expectations, but if you read the positive reviews about a bungalow and think the standard rooms must not be so bad either, think again. They're basic. Very, very basic. I didn't see the interior of a bungalow so I can't fully compare, but our standard room was small with a tiny squat toilet/shower combo bathroom. No auto flush and seriously low water pressure in the shower. No sink, just a small faucet coming out of the wall to fill the bucket you use to flush the toilet. Pretty bad smell. A sheet covering only the mattress -- not for sleeping under. An old, stained blanket was provided for that. We slept in the sleeping sacks we had. Breakfast was two pieces of white bread with sticky sweet jam and tea or instant coffee. Overpriced for what it was compared to other parts of Indonesia. The positives? The breakfast area was pleasant and wifi sometimes worked. Good luck.

the standard rooms are very simple. the bungalows are quite ok but the cleanliness could be much better. in total i would say the value for money is not that good.

Incredible value for the price”

The basic rooms at the hotel cost Rp. 200,000. or $15 per night for two. For this very cheap price we got a small clean room on the second floor with a good bed and a bathroom that features cold water and a squat toilet. But the view out the window and on the balcony is fabulous. If you want a bigger room with a sit down toilet and hot water, pay a little more for a cottage or superior room. The place is beautiful and well kept. There is a free breakfast, but it is only bread and coffee for the cheap rooms and a more substantial meal for the nicer rooms. It is a great deal.

The place have good value for money. Breakfast was not really tasty, but the staffs are friendly. No washtafel. It was noisy right outside the place, so i couldn't rest well.

We stayed in the standard rooms. These rooms are a in a 2 story concrete/stone building with twin rooms at the first floor and doubles on the second. The rooms are small but are cleaned daily with fresh towels and have an excellent spring mattress bed in them and a small table with chair.There is a small bathroom but that has only a squat type toilet and cold shower, no washing basin. For the price of USD 20 it is good value, but if you want more comfort then go for the bungalows that have space, western toilet, garden view and hot shower for 55USD. Breakfast is fried egg, toast and fruit. For diner you need to a Chinese restaurant called Green Garden that has view on Lokon ones one floor. Excellent Wifi in restaurant . Near Lokon Vulcano. Use guide Jotje Lala (search on facebook) to go there for 25 USD. Warning: Tours offered by hotel are way to expensive! Walk to Pagoda in 15 min and the rice paddies on the same road.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt”

Das Standardzimmer war eher klein aber mit Schreibtisch und genug Platz für die Rucksäcke. Das Doppelbett war groß und sehr angenehm. Leider gab es kein Waschbecken und eine Hocktoilette ohne automatische Spülung. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Die grosszügige Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt.

Tidak nyaman”

Saya merasa kecewa dengan pelayanannya...pertama kondisi di dalam promosi dan kenyataan sangat jauh berbeda. Untuk masalah pelayanan dan fasilitas belum menunjukkan kelas bintang satu dst (buruk)....menurut saya masih lebih nyaman atau di hotel melati dari pada di happy flower. Sarapan pagi tidak sesuai standard kepariwisataan....jam sarapan tidak sesuai dengan jadwal....menu sarapan hanya mendapat 2 prof roti plus selai yang bisa dipilih sesuai selera,buah hanya dapat 3 potong. Saya ambil kamar superior tetapi pelayanan masih kalah jika dibandingkan dengan Makan di hotel kelas melatih....(sekali lagi saya sebut). Terus terang saja sangat sangat kecewa....jangankan yg sudah saya sebutkan tadi....ada juga kekurangan berupa kepala shower toilet yang sering terlepas dari selangnya...sampai2 saya basah....asuhan....pokoknya hancur banget dech...kemudian pintu utama kamar yang celah2nya tembus sampai di luar atau lebih jelasnya kalau orang berdiri di depan pintu dan menghadap ke kamar....akan kelihatan banget siapa yg didalam dan lagi ngapain.....pokoknya TIDAK NYAMAN DAN TIDAK DIREKOMENDASIKAN saya menginap di kamar superior nomor 01. Buat admin...jika ingin survey silahkan....saya mohon kiranya dapat disurvey lagi kebenarannya dan kiranya dilain jari dapat diperbaiki. Sekian ulasan saya.....Terimakasih

hari pertama check in disambut hanya dengan 1cup air mineral gelas kecil. pelayanan sgt lambat sekali. krn dtg ke tomohon msh suasana thn baru dan tdk ada toko makanan atau minuman yg buka,saya minta 1 gelas air hangat ditolak, dgn alasan kamar yg dipesan adl kamar standard. sikap pegawai tidak ramah, dan lokasi sgt jauh dari strategis. kesimpulannya, menginap 3 hari di happy fr adalah sangat tidak happy dan mengecewakan.
