The facilities are not ready”
Last week, I and my grandparents had a trip to Ha Noi and stayed at that Hotel. I booked a deluxe room with three bed, they arrange the room with toilet failure and we could not use. The important thing make me unhappy with the hotel that thet tried to receive book when they know that their facilities are not ready. I requested to change room with the same standard but they couldn't because these kind of room had been sold out. Finally, they arrange us in two rooms and one person had to stay in failed toilet and use toilet from other room. It was awful experience of my trip with bad hotel.

Perfect location for Bulgarian visa application”
I stayed there for going to the Embassy of Bulgaria. It is very close to it. The room is alright.

Stayed one night, clean, convenient,quiet but a bit hard to find initially as it is tucked away on a small side St. And does not show up correctly on GPS. Breakfast is less than basic lol.

Not a good experience. Until trying to find the place for half hour at the reception there was a guy with no clue of English. A hotel with nobody who speaks English??? We booked and paid in advance the full fare, of course, the front desk guy didn't understand anything so he was asking for the money (in hand signs) we showed him the booking number and everything. Apparently, he doesn't know about agoda or any hotel booking website. He finally phoned someone else who understood something and we could get our room 30 Min later . The room smelled musty or like it has not been open in a long time (toiletries were attached to the table as if they were there for a long time) I was expecting something better since the price was higher that in the old quarter and close to embassies

Close to medical center, supermarket close by wake up call was given on time
Rooms felt dingy and drab with uncomfotable beds.when we came back after going out to eat we found our door open when knew we had locked it on going out, thankfully nothing was missing. As the staff did not speak English very well there was no one we could talk to about this.would not recommend this hotel

I enjoyed my stay. It was what I expected. I felt cared for according to the rating suggested. The free, yet simple breakfast was adequate for my needs. The room was supplied with extra items which were at additional cost. The nearest bus stop is about 5 minutes walk. Easy access to my room via the elevator.

Quick stay OK”
Nice 2nd room, nice shower, big room
We arrived very late and got a smoker room first, so we had to change, but they were flexible. They had some problems with the check-out in the morning, so they dragged us back to the hotel only to photocopy my reservation. No Englistaff, which was rather annoying. Breakfast was OK, very runny eggs. No maps or other help from staff because of the language barrier.

we stayed at Happy Hotel in Hanoi and was fantastic..accidently booked this one because of cheap price..was just ok. Hotel room had musty smell, breakfast not as good..worth the $18 we spent, but would rather pay more and stay else where

L'hôtel est tout neuf donc aucune trace de vétusté, c'est propre. Bouteilles d'eau et sachets de thé offerts tous les jours dans la chambre, petite attention sympa. Un petit déjeuner traditionnel avec plusieurs choix de Pho. L'hôtel n'est pas situé dans le coeur même de Hanoi mais des taxis sont toujours disponibles pour s'y rendre. Gros avantage : le calme du quartier ! Enfin pour terminer, le prix vraiment très intéressant : 18€ la nuit pour 2 personnes. Si je devais retourner à Hanoi, je choisirais cet hôtel sans hésiter !
