Self-check-in & check-out, easy. The distance to KL / KL Sentral station is near, but cannot reach by walk, need to use Grab Got oven, fridge and hairdryer. They prepared plates and cups for us. Thanks But, just only can get free 1.5L water on the first day only. The view is nice. The swimming pool is accessible. Overall I am satisfied and value for money.

love the view, the facilities especially the washer and dryer is extremely wonderful to have when staying more than 2 nights with young and teenage children. iptv is the best! will be staying there again. Thank you Mr Wong. check in and check out super easy.

Nice location but zero facilities”
Swimming pool is not well maintain and not clean. Gym is closed. Some floors look like an abandon building. Our room is beautiful, and all new furnitures. Only the facilities in the building are not good

Poor Customer Service”
1.) No TV services & was not notified during booking (was kept in the fine print). The operator kept silent on the issue and only responded after numerous calls that initially went unanswered. Quite literally extremely disappointing!! 2.) No access to the Facilities such as the GYM, Swimming Pool, Saunas and the rest. The operator only answered once calls were made and came up with lame excuse that they had no knowledge that the facilities weren't accessible. 3.)The operator was sending messages irrelevant to the queries with regards to the lack of amenities and access to facilities. 4.) Very poorly experienced Customer Service staff. Utterly disappointing.

The place is very quite and dangerous to stay. The lift lobby and ground floor areas like haunted hall. The parking area is not stated correctly. There was a tv screen on the wall but not functioning at all. Wifi given is not working at all. The comforter on the bed was not change. Its already used by earlier guest i guess. Ads shown very very good but the actual is 'thumb down'. Actually no staff to refer only teleconversation and whatsapp. Not much facilities. Thank you.

Very very sad place wifi no working we complained many times... They only lied and said they r comming.only wasted ur time... And the toliet doesnt not have a main door .. Its like ur sleeping in a big toilet .. Not clean at all.. Same bed and matress nothing changed as pervious guest .

가성비는 좋습니다만 KL 센트럴에서 15분은 걸으셔야 되요. ”
일단 가격 대비는 훌륭하고요. 화장실 문은 따로 없습니다. 칸막이 문은 있는데 출장 중에 같이 방 쓴 사람과 불편헀네요. 위치는 밤에 도착 했는데 그랩이고 뭐고 몰랐을 때 개고생 했네요. 더운 날씨에 길 같지 않은 길을 15분 땀 뻘뻘 흘리면서 도착 했습니다. 그외 침대와 유틸리티는 가격 대비 훌륭합니다. 고층이어서 뷰도 좋았네요. 그랩을 잘 이용하시는 커플분에게는 추천합니다만 출장 오신 분들 한테는 혼자 아니시면 비추입니다.
