A very nice hotel”
We only stay for 1 night for transit. The hotel was well-maintained. the room was cleaned. The simple breakfast was nice. The receptionist was very helpful and help us to call a taxi then explaining to the driver that we want to go to the airport. Very helpful since we cannot talk mandarin. Thank you Hara Zuru

Stinky shabby and doesn’t worth its price”
Extremely stinky room like someone died there (musty smell), AC didn’t help. Very shabby old fashioned - I guess no renovation since it was open in 70s. Very small space of room, even if you stay alone. Breakfast is very meager, because it’s just Taiwanese local food I basically stayed hungry. Coffee, spreads are so low quality that you hardly want to even try them. Absolutely NOT recommend to stay at this hotel

I and my girlfriend stayed 1 night on Harazuru when wait for flight to Japan. Everything here are well, good food, staff is nice and room is very nice. 1 bad thing is quite far from Taoyuan AirPort.

Perfect for a short stay”
We stayed at this hotel for a one night layover at Taoyuan Airport. The staff called a taxi for us for the morning and even packed us a breakfast since we were leaving so early. We were walking distance to plenty of restaurants and it was a great stay. Only complaint were the hard beds.

friendly hotel with a pleasant smile”
I went to Taipei City last week with my husband and 3 kids. After 5 days in taipei, we decided to stay another 1 night at Taoyuan City before going back to Malaysia. We searched from agoda.com and found this budget hotel. We were satisfied with our stay in this hotel even though it was only a night stay. The hotel location is great, which a walking distance to some hypermarket such as carrefour and tesco. The night market is just nearby as well. There is a halal restaurant for Muslim traveler which is about 15 minutes journey with a taxi.

Japanese feel ”
the hotel is only 20 mins drive from airport. it is not at the city area of taoyuan, so need to take bus for around 10mins if you would like to go for shopping. it is a quiet hotel, the room has got a little bit of japanese feel. not much choices for breakfast but it is tasty. consist of porridge, miso soup, rice, some small dishes. it is taste of home...

Great hotel in a town i barely saw”
I went to the Harazuru because I had to catch an early flight to Bangkok. It went quite well, I just spent all afternoon using their great wifi, and sleeping, so nothing special. The next morning I got up and they called me a cab and I was their in 25 minutes, no stress. There was free breakfast, but unfortunately I got up before it was served. I would give it 2 thumbs up..... that is if I had thumbs.

We're (2) traveling for further studies in Taiwan. Cab were properly arranged by the counter and printing service provided is really convenient. There's also convenient store around, it's really a preferable hotel to a choose in Taoyuan.

Good for a one-night stay. ”
This was a good option as we arrived quite late into Taoyuan Airport. Staff were very friendly. Room was very small and basic with a super firm bed. Good for a one-night stay, but I reckon there are potentially better options out there. The airport was about a 15-20km ride away, so definitely something to consider. A friendly nice place though.

First I would like to commend there staff or reception were pretty good, they were very helpful and polite. I didn't give harazuru a very good review, first of all the location of hotel is not really that accesible, and they have very limited parking space where in you'll have to double or triple park to fit in. and then the rooms were really tiny, maybe thats the value for that money. Then lets talk about cleanliness of the room, I requested for non smoking room, but the whole place smells like cigarette, maybe the previous guests smoke inside the room, leaving the room smelly, they could have do something to remove the odor. There stains in tiles of the shower area it looks dirty. The carpet looks dirty as well. The lock of the room just makes u feel not safe at all. There mini fridge is making a lot of noice... There is one thing I like about this place, the surrounding is pretty quiet and i slept well. Overall it was not what i was expecting from a hotel, Ive stayed in even cheaper hotel, but cleanliness and comfort of the place is the priority.

i enjoyed my short stay due to the warm feeling this hotel and its staff give you. it is very reasonably priced and conveniently close to the airport. the staff spoke good english and was very helpful with anything asked. a very pleasant stay and worth repeating during my next trip to taiwan.

We were happy with this hotel because it was easy to get to it with a taxi. The staff speak enough English to understand our requirements. We can have free tea, coffee and cookies at any time. The breakfast buffet was good and the coffee was done with a coffee machine. The rooms were clean.

Overall extremely worth it!”
For the price that I paid, it was really enjoyable. My friends and I were out half the time and only back for around 12 hours to rest and prepare for the next day. Really friendly staff there, courteous too! To get to the nearest public transport requires a bit of walking probably around 500m straight from the entrance of the hotel.

Thsi hotel seems to managed by Japanese, and you total can feel the Japnese style look. Room is OK, Truely Japanese type and they provide warm air during cold season. This is very good as some other hotel standard, I need to sleep at 10 degree in hote room without warm air installed. Breakfast provide is a plus with simple healthy food. First time to this hotel, so have not been side-seeig around,so no much comments on surrounding until my next visit.
