Perfect location but a bit worn out”
The hotel located at the perfect location few min walk from both bus station and the pier. The facility and room are clean, though a bit worn out. The WiFi is very weak, maybe it’s a village thing in general.

Got a double room with bath tub. The location is very ideal, near the main road & not far from shuishe pier as well. Take around 1hr by taxi from thsr Taichung station. They can keep your luggage if you arrive early or leaving after check out hour. The breakfast is somehow not in the hotel itself but at their sister hotel just infront of the pier.

Bed and Water Pressure Severely Lacking”
The staff were wonderful and helpful with our check-in. The location was great and very close to the lake and the ferries. Although there was no breakfast provided at the hotel, we did received free breakfast coupons for a hotel very nearby, and we found the food to be nice. The biggest problems with this hotel are the bed and the water pressure. The mattress was extremely firm - so much so that it felt like sleeping on the ground. We were not able to have a restful sleep due to the mattress. The room itself was spacious and nice, but the mattress made it impossible to sleep well. The second problem was with the water pressure and temperature. We turned the shower on and it took very long for the hot water to come. We decided to time it after the hot water still didn't come and it took over 8 minutes for the water to become hot. The water pressure was also terrible. The pressure of the water was no bigger than a trickle. It seemed to be functioning at only 1/4 normal pressure.
