Professional treated”
Booked Harbour Grand HK for family escape over the renovation project nearby our residential block. All my online booking requests were satisfied with high floor at 38/F, n big bed in King size?! Luckily upgraded to a sweet family suit. Overseeing excellent harbourview n all simple cooking facilities ready, much more than we expected. For sure, a luxury big bathtub with as requested with additional shower, makeup corner n separate toilet room enough for my family busy morning b4 school n work. Sure good location with diversified F&B nearby, n quick walk to my kids sch. Quick recharge for for parents like us n just a min walk to MTR for work purpose. Unfortunately we check-in late while pool closed on 8pm which we were not able to enjoy on 35 degree hot summer, will be great if it could do extension to 10:30pm for night swimming lovers to enjoy the metro night harbour-view swim. However, we still enjoyed the lighthouse on top of bldg provides excellent view over the harbour at it’s dedicated location! Can’t ask for anymore but i am sure I can come back with a new mattress for perfect stay again!!

All the staffs were kind, especially Quinny and Edward, and the room was very clean. Moreover the location of this hotel was so good to visit where I planned and I like there're a few good restaurants near around. And it'so good point that a city flyer bus from the airport stops so near this hotel, I didn't know in my trip, though.

Room is a bit small but perfect location ”
Room is smaller than I thought even I got upgraded, my HK friend agreed that it’s too small in comparison with the rate. However, staff are helpful and professional. The restaurants are very nice. The location is perfect. Unfortunately, the hotel collected deposit for $3,000 and I cannot get it once checked out even I was told by the staff that it will automatically be returned to my card but nothing. I checked with the hotel and was informed that it would take 7-14 business days as the hotel needed to send the cancellation request to the bank. I didn’t know about this before and I stayed at many hotels throughout this 14 days trip, no other hotels did. Once checked out, the money returned to the card or deposit blocked releasing right after checkout. Although the hotel explained that the card is not charged, just releasing the limit. But for me it doesn’t matter, the point is I cannot use my money $3,000 with that card upon arrival at the airport. It should be better if I was informed of this process upon checking in….

Everything is fabulous except for the gym”
My friend and I stayed one night at the Harbour Grand hotel. We stayed at one of the executive club floors and receive an upgrade to a premier room. The view was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. The tea and cocktail selections were tasty and the view was great. Breakfast was delicious and buffet had lots of choices. The only thing of our stay that could be improved was the gym. It is a small gym compared to other Hong Kong hotels I have stayed in. There is no dedicated floor exercise area. so people have to find any nooks and crannies to set up floor exercise things. One machine was missing a lot of attachments. There is not enough variety of equipment. The gym feels cramped. It definitely needs updating. Overall we are very very happy with everything except for the gym.

The harbour view from the hotel is fantastic. The room is clean and tidy. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub. The only drawback is that hotel check-in is a bit slow.

I stayed for 6 nights after my hotel quarantine on their staycation package. I got upgraded to a high floor with a good view of the harbour. The room is big , clean and well-appointed with elegant furniture and fixtures and a spacious bathroom. My only suggestion for improvement is to refurbish the chairs as the seat cushions have sunk already and the seat height is quite low relative to the writing desk. The staff are friendly, courteous, quick to respond and helpful. And while the hotel is not attached to any mall for quick shopping, it is nonetheless close to the MTR station and is surrounded by plenty of local restaurants specializing in different cuisines. I would happily recommend this hotel to other members.

I visited the hotel because to see my boyfriend in HongKong and at that time (even still) Corona virus is spread all around so I had to stay at the hotel most of my time. Room conditions and amenities were perfect and the employees were nice and kind. Seemed like they really care about the visitors because they make sure all the visitors wear a mask. Moreover, since I stayed by myself it was hard to have a drink after using a club cocktail bar but one of the employees recommends me to use a lounge bar and I could have a really good time by myself because of her recommendation. Although I visited HongKong at the very lowest moment (because of all the protests and viruses), I enjoyed staying.

Room is comfy, and liked the bathroom design. Would say the bathtub is more for sole travellers, barely fits two person sitting opposite to each other. Bathtub has a few scratches and marks but would say it’s pretty clean. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

This hotel was 3 minutes from the Fortress Hill MTR, with many restaurants and shops within 2 minutes walk (including Starbucks and Pacific Coffee Co for early morning caffeine!). The hotel was luxurious, beautiful, extremely clean and most of the rooms (including mine) have harbor views. Great value for the price!

Superb hotel near Fortress Hill MTR”
I had an amazing stay at Harbour Grand Hong Kong hotel. I was unable to accomplish all my tasks during a day's business trip to Hong Kong, therefore had to make a last minute booking. Because of the Chinese Dragon Boat festival, all Hong Kong's hotels were very expensive and busy that day, and the price for a 3 star hotel was almost the same as the price I found on agoda for the Grand Deluxe Harbour View with FREE Internet room at Grand Harbour Hong Kong. I decided to go ahead and book the room. Upon my arrival I was warmly greeted by the hotel staff and the check - in process was very smooth. I was pleasantly surprised when the receptionist told me that I've been upgraded to a suite. When I walked in the room I was surprised by the size and comfort the suite had.It felt like I've won the lottery for a night. The comfort of the suite made me feel like home away from home. The gym,swimming pool and other facilities were also great. I will certainly recommend this hotel to all my friends and will stay again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

First visit to Hong Kong”
This was our first visit to Hong Kong and we were extremely pleased with the Harbour Grand Hong Kong Hotel. Location was great, easy 5 min walk from the MTR and the views from the rooftop open air observatory (open every day to hotel guests from around 18:00-21:00) were truly out of this world. We were upgraded to a Club room (but no Club lounge access), and our room was phenomenal. Bed was comfy, A/C worked great, and the bathroom was really impressive with a large tub and a rainfall shower head. The workout center, locker rooms, and pool area were also great and included a steam room and sauna. The lobby is palatial, and the woman playing the harp in the evenings really added a touch of sophistication. Only downside was the pool. While very nice, it was too cold to comfortably swim in the evenings and there is no hot tub. I’m sure it would feel great during the day with the sun out, so obviously not a big deal. No question, I would definitely recommend staying here.
