Usually, my mom stays here every time she comes to Hong Kong (every year she visits relatives in Hong Kong 1-2 times, each time for 10-15 days), so I always book a room here for her. The reason I rate this hotel 5 stars is that it is budget-friendly, a good value for the price, and is also close to the Thai market, making it convenient for my mom to go shopping for necessities and food. *** But above all, this 5-star rating is due to the "patience and tolerance of the hotel staff" towards my mom, who can be quite cranky and demanding. She is a 72-year-old who gets easily irritated and is quick to anger, and when things don’t go her way, she tends to complain and make a big deal out of it, even when the problems arise from her own actions. Unfortunately, she often takes her frustrations out on the staff. It seems that at this hotel, the staff has had to deal with my mom's outbursts multiple times, but they remained patient and calm in serving her throughout the trip. I must say, "I apologize for my mom's behavior, and I thank the staff for their remarkable patience with the customers." #ThankYou

In the Tsim Sha Tsui area, even though they are called hotels, many of them cost over 10,000 yen per night for rooms that are less than half the space of this hotel and are not very clean. The rooms are quiet and clean, and the amenities are fairly sufficient. I think having a dehumidifier is surprisingly a great feature. The front desk service was good and made for a comfortable hotel experience. At under 10,000 yen per night, I think it is a good deal. It might be quite a hidden gem. However, the downside is that there are not many power outlets.

“Good Hotel With Spacious Rooms”
It's a big hotel located at a convenient location. MTR of two different lines is near by (10-15 mins walk). Even bus stops are very near. So connectivity to anywhere in Hong Kong is very easy. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and housekeeping did a good service. They cleaned the rooms daily. Swimming pool and Sauna facilities are nice. They don't provide any water bottles or dental kit. It's due to some government rules. So buy water, etc. from nearby Wellcome or 7-11 stores. We had breakfast buffet on one of the days. it was not included in our stay and they charged us 121 HKD per person, which I guess is worth the money. You get reasonable variety and 100 HKD per person is a normal cost if you eat anywhere in Hong Kong. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable. Overall, would recommend this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was on the 18th floor.
