The price was a little high been that the hotel is still under construction. Driving into the parking lot to check in was fully under construction and I was confused and went to the parking section looking for the entrance. End up have to go to the covered parking then get out and go check in. Check in was smooth got there around 230pm empty. Called the night before and was told 1pm to 3pm check in to bet the rush. The parking structure was not that crowded when we first got there but we checked in went to the room then left to get food. Came back the first floor was packed and the EV stations. King rooms on the 14 floor was ok nice and clean on problem was the toilet run and barely flushed. Shower head to high almost at the ceiling and bath tub very small. Not what im used to get when on vacation. The reason I picked this hotel was it had a casino. No microwave or refrigerator Hoilday would probably would have been better for the price we paid.
This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had! I was here for a concert in the casino next door so the location was fabulous. It was close, I could actually see the venue from my window, but that was only after they changed my room. My first room was disgustingly dirty and I was injured with a bad knee at the time and they put us all the way in the second tower all the way down the hallway at the end of the building. We got there later than normal check-in time so we were tired. I tried to use the phone to call housekeeping and none of the buttons that said that called housekeeping worked. I had to walk all the way back to the front desk in order to ask for things from housekeeping. They told me they would bring them right to my room. Almost an hour later nobody came. I finally picked up the phone and just dialed zero and got the front desk again where I asked for the items again and was promised to someone would bring them to us, again nobody came this was at 12:30 at night. We finally went to bed, no housekeeping. The next morning I have them change our room and make it more handicapped friendly. It was better than the other room but not that much better. Everything appears to be very outdated and just not clean. Maintenance is not good they didn't paint they only touched up in places and the lamp shades look like they've had liquid poured all over them. There's a lot more but I'm just going to say $4 for a bottle of water in your room and nowhere in the hotel do they sell water. You can get free water on the casino floor but we played in the casino for over 2 hours and couldn't get anybody to come by and even give us a cocktail. I will not ever stay here again, however I've heard that the property's been sold and the new owner is going to remodel so my next trip to South Lake Tahoe I will come by and take a look at it first before I ever even think about staying again.This was our worst experience ever!

We had a great stay experience for a weekend gateaway. Clean and beautiful rooms, accessible to many restaurants near by. Enjoyed the pool. Tesla supercharging is inside the parking building so super helpful. Had a great time.
