Staff is very helpful and breakfast is good but for Lunch and dinner not value for money very less options. Rooms very clean and facility was also good. Only problem we faced with taxi. What ever the charge they say we have to pay taxi. we can get lessor amount but we have to wake to main road since they allow outside taxi inside there premises

Small rooms, big price and basic are missing”
Hard rock means luxury, comfort and extended services. I will write my views in only good and missing : Good with (5 star ratings) Ambience Food Bar Pool Missing( 3 star or less on these) In a 4 beds room/ only 1 bathroom( small rooms) Suite is small until you are in platinum 4 guest/ towel-toiletries is for 1-2 person, until you dial room service and its not day 1, it was repeat of 4 days stay. No locker in room, then it delivered on request. Tea/ coffee - mugs/ glasses for 2 guest and repeat ask for more till the stay every day. Guitar in room is like hard rock must , but not found anything in our room. Empty mini bar/ refrigerator-so you need to walk to bar or restaurant for cold drink or beers. Overall, when everything resume back to normal in terms of Pandemic restrictions then its wrong at Goa Hardrock part to hide or blame on it. It was looking to me that this Hard Rock Goa is not fully part of Chain or Indian partner just using name by paying royalties but not managing professionally on Hard Rock standards. To sum up- on this cost prefer other chains of Hotel.
