Highly recommend for those who want a staycation, my first experience here was very good, the service from all the staff was excellent. The room was clean, the bed sheet and duvet had no spots, and the pillow case did not smell. The hot water and cleanliness of the bathroom were up to standard, the amenities were complete, the bath towels were clean and did not smell. The AC was cold and the TV channels were good, there was a kettle jug in the room. For the room rate, it was worth it for me because it already included breakfast for 2 people.

It's 2 stars hotel so please don't compare it to 3-5 stars hotels. Good location, lots of street foods outside, 1 cafe, there are 2 mini markets, within walking distance to Central Park Mall, Taman Anggrek and Neo Soho. Staff is accomodating and friendly. Breakfast included, little choices but it's good enough to fill your stomach. They provide 1 hotmeal (it was fried noodle when I was there), you can have bread/toast with some condiments and unlimited tea/coffee. I had standard room so it was surprise that fridge, hair dryer and kettle are not included...but again this's my first time to stay in 2 stars accommodation so it's probably why🤷♀️ Perhaps in more superior room those are included. I'm not sure, you can ask them😅 Overall it was okay, I had a problem with my AC, so I requested to move to another room which they fulfilled my request. They do have policy to fine you if you leave your bed dirty with spots/stained. So you better check when the FIRST time you enter the room and inform them the pre-existing spots/stained on bed sheet/pillow cases when you see them. I found 2 tiny marks took a pic and informed them right away. They confirmed it and I didn't get any fine. Those marks was just very tiny. It didn’t bother me much and I don't see the need to change it and make a big fuss of it. I just don't want to get any fine😅 coz the fines are dear! The wifi is okay. I had to reconnect every 5-10 minutes at the first 4-5 hours but it was ok after that. Plenty of parking if you come with your car. The entrance is on the 1st floor. You’ll have to pay for early check in. So I just left my belongings with them and return around 2 PM(check in time) for no cost. Overall, I don't mind it. It's not 5 stars accommodation but it's safe and I was comfortable which is good enough for me.🤗

I booked 2 rooms here. Room 107 : room was clean, AC was broken, it made weird sound and leaked and wasn't cold enough. The bed sheet wasn't cleaned before, there was so much short hair and sand. I got 2 clean soft white towels. Bathroom was not really clean and no hot water at all. Room 106 : room was clean, AC was perfect, very cold, didn't sound at all and wasn't leaked. The bed sheet was perfectly cleaned. The towels I got was very hard and and not white anymore. Bathroom was just the same with room 107, no hot water. Overall : The location of this hotel is perfect, only 5 minutes walk to Central Park Mall, Neo Soho, Taman Anggrek. In front of the hotel there are a lot of food stalls since early morning until midnight There are 2 minimarkets near the hotel. The staff are ok, but there was one woman staff that was VERY rude and not nice. There was a woman, looked like the owner of the hotel, she was REALLY friendly (Aunty, you should move that woman staff from the front desk). The breakfast was one portion of meal for each person, but the taste was good enough, plus you can make toast, coffee and tea. This hotel's luggage store after check out is ONLY until 2 pm.

Overall the hotel is clean. Our booking comes with breakfast and serve different menu everyday (Indonesian menu and quite good). Overall facilites basic but its ok got us. The housekeeping comes to clean the room everyday and replenish clean towels, water bottle and room slippers too. But bring your own hair dryer. Shower room cleanliness can be better tho and to improve. Staff overall polite and helpful and attend to request quite fast. The hotel location is the best - lots of food vendor outside and shopping malls are walking distance. (airport about 30 minutes away on normal traffic condition). I will definitely choose to stay here next trip.
