Good value for the hotel”
It’s good value for the hotel itself and I’ll give it a five star review the only issue is I booked fast boat ticket to Lombok and return with the owner to support local business (the price online is actually cheaper but I chose to book the owner) the owner did not tell me anything about land transport from the pier to the hote and I ended up being the only person on the boat retuning to Bali without land transport booked. The Fast boat company ripped me off for 100k on the spot for transport to Kuta after disembarking from the boat which should be 50k as it is shared shuttle bus. This should be improved for future bookings.

Hello Mr/S Jeffrey, Thank you for choice our place for your staying in padangbai and we hope you are enjoy staying with us. we regard about the transportation back after the gili island. the price that we get to you is without the shuttle bus go to kuta. you pay only with the ticket go and back only, like we are decide to you before, and before you go to the island we are agree that you need also we are pick up at the port for your and we decide for help yours to drop off you in another destination in bali with our transportation that drive directly to your next hotel. it's not like a shuttle bus share with another person inside in the bus and also they are go not directly to kuta. sometimes they will go first to ubud, sanur and after to kuta. so, that's why we miss information to you about the shuttle because of we are in aggreement and decide we are from the hotel come pick you up at the port. we hope all is fine with you there. We stayed one night before transferring to Gili Air. The host family was very nice and helped us arrange everything around our arrival to departure. They offered a pick up from airport by hotel driver at night time and arranged fast boat tickets for a good price. Really recommend this place when going to the Gilis the next morning.

Bad experience ”
We had such a bad experience. At first we thought it would be a nice place to stay. The Girl from the reception was nice an friendly. We even got a welcome drink. But our room was a Desaster. It was mouldy and smelled really bad. The bathroom was horrible as well. Maybe we just didn’t have Luck with our room but in this case I would not recommend this place. I was really happy that we just had to stay for one night…

No repetiriamos, mala experiencia”
Llegamos al hotel después de un largo viaje cansados y al llegar al check in nos abordaron de manera bastante agresiva para intentar vendernos el tiket a las gili, le dijimos que necesitabamos tiempo para tomar una decisión y cuando salimos a comer un rato después volvieron otra vez a abordarnos para que les compraramos los ticket a Gili. Le dijimos que lo buscariamos por nuestra cuenta y no les sentó bien pero creo que cada uno es libre de decidir. La habitación que habiamos reservado estaba sucia y olía mucho a humedad asi que a cambio nos cambiaron a otra con dos camas individuales en vez de una doble. La habitación era un horno y debias estar todo el rato con el aire acondicionado. Todas las habitaciones dan a una terraza comunitaria por lo que se escucha muchísimo el ruido de los demás huéspedes y las paredes son de papel. La calle que hay justo abajo también es ruidosa y además hay una mezquita muy cerca y te despertarás de madrugada. Y para terminar, el desayuno fue horrible, un pancake crudo y un café de sobre. Ni nos lo comimos, no podia sentar bien al estómago. Nos quedamos aquí por los buenos comentarios pero nuestra experiencia ha sido nefasta. No volveriamos jamás.

Bien pour une nuit avant départ. Idéalement située près des restau et du port. Ticket de bateau facilement trouvable aux alentours. La chambre avec lit double avait un ventilateur et la clim, sdb spacieuse. Attention aux moustiques. Lit avec maintien ferme, petit déjeuner compris. On a bien dormi, le confort etait suffisant mais ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles

길리 가기 전날에 이용했습니다. 방이 굉장히 넓어서 좋아요 세면대 수압은 조금 약하고 해바라기 샤워기는 따뜻한 물이 안나왔습니다. 미지근한 물만 나옵니다. 위치는 에카자야 오피스랑 가깝고 항구랑도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 조식은 메뉴에서 주문하면 가져다주는 시스템입니다. 오믈렛이 맛있었습니다! 새벽 체크인이 가능해서 좋았습니다. 다음번에 길리갈때 또 이용하고싶습니다♥
