A great place if you want to stay short term”
I chose this place because it was 400 m away from kota kasablanca, where ADO was having her world tour concert. The spa, gym and sauna facilities were very adequate with professional and respectful staff. Even as a solo traveller who requested a single bed, my room was extremely huge and I throughly enjoyed myself during my stay here. The only thing i would like to advise to visitors would be to bring your own earplugs. The hotel is located on the corner of two main roads, so earplugs will greatly help you with your sleep! Alternatively, you can also request a room away from the main road for a more peaceful rest. Don't forget to tip room service if you requested for room cleaning and the staff if they did a good job! Personally, i highly recommend massages during their happy hour period that will get you a 20% discount!

I pick this hotel because it's not far from Halim Airport. Stayed for one night. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom had a decent bathtub. Enjoyed the fitness center and pool. Food was also great, loved the Thai salad. Staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. It was a great stay!

She likes to play with her toys on the floor So, our room cleaning’s staff, his name is Adi Sabir, did extraordinary while cleaned the room. Before he mopped the floor, he treated the toys good and put them on the table. Also he always made the towel art 😊. Great stayed 👍🏻👍🏻

No more COVID-19 safety protocol”
This hotel's management no longer provide their staff with masks. So if any of them are COVID-19 positive, then they will infect you. The staffs are very friendly and courteous. I asked for big bed - and got twin bed. Also my room had connecting door - but it can be opened rather easily. It's only secured by a chain lock, which is not secure at all, it can be bypassed very easily. The work desk feels flimsy - it's just a wooden plank, secured to the wall with elbow shelf bracket. Everytime I apply a bit of weight, you can feel it bend down. Quite scary. There is no access to the hotel from the basement parking space - you have to exit the basement on foot, to outside (and risk getting rained on) and then continue to the lobby.
