I was traveling with my parents as well as my wife and her parents. We booked 2 grand room for 6 person, we were surprised by the spacious and clean rooms! The double bed is comfortable (medium hard, but to me & my parents' liking). The sofa bed is a bit too soft for me, but don't let the name fools you, it's just a big as a super single bed. First time ever in my life I have to say I have too many pillows on my bed (not complaining!). Toilet is big and comfortable to move around, it's link to a small changing room as well. 1 thing though, no door to separate the shower room and toilet bowl, making it a bit inconvenient when 1 person need to shower while another one need to use the toilet. Staffs were very helpful. We were not familiar with the surrounding of Hat Yai, and they provided us with many info and tips to get around places. They do speak english, and they probably speak the language better than my parents. 1 extra thing to mention, is that they have a small parking space for people who drive. I estimated 5-6 parking slot, just down the alley beside the hotel (2-3 mins walk). Please do let them know if you drive. With the quality and location of the hotel, I can easily say it was worth the money. Only 10 mins walk to Lee Garden where you can find good food & drink, massage and shopping!

First time staying in New Season Square hotel , 5 Night stay, This is my 4 trip to hat Yai this year. Hotel staff was very polite ,friendly and helpful, especially the bell boys. Locate on very quiet street , 5-8 min walk to Lee Garden and other location also nearby like Kim Yong market Mini mart and massage and late night noddles shop near by. The room is very clean and spacious,Bed was comfortable, king size bed with 4 pillows. Room was big with nice bathroom, only issue the shower area, Room 734 Only complaint are the standing shower The water does not drain off , flood the floor, but my friends room did not have this problem. The closing of the room door , is loud every time some body in the next room close the door, seem the door not installed with a Automatic Door system Can hear noise outside the corridor, but not noise from the room beside. Overall I enjoyed my stay, will stay again on my next trip.

I stayed in the Grand Classic room for about 2,000 THB per night w/o breakfast. It's at the high end for a double room in Hat Yai. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the Odean Shopping Mall. There is a nice morning market about a 5 minute walk away and there are many hawker stalls and restaurants serving food at night about 5 or 10 minutes away. The facility includes a nice cafe and a common area library. It is quite relaxed and quiet on the hotel grounds. The room is very spacious, using lots of wood and stone to create a very pleasant atmosphere. It is well equipped and snacks and drinks are complimentary. The bathroom is very large. The staff are highly attentive. I was permitted to check-in early, which I appreciated. While it lacks some facilities, like a pool or a spa of the big hotel, it excels in providing a calm and pleasant environment to compliment your stay in Hat Yai

We are totally satisfied during our 3 days 2 nights stay in The Smart Hotel Hat Yai. All staffs are friendly & very helpful with superb shuttle services. During our first night exploring Hat Yai, we called the hotel for shuttle service to return to hotel from Asean Market. Although we had mistakenly waiting at the wrong location, the hotel staff had done a great job to search & safely bring us back to hotel. The room cleanliness, comfort & facilities almost similar to the 5 stars hotel in Malaysia. Surely will coming back to this hotel for future visit to Hat Yai. Syu, Malaysia (Dec 2018)

We were staying in Hat Yai for only one night and had arrived after a long train ride from Penang. It took about five minutes by cab to the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised considering the low price. The bell boy took our luggage to our room which was huge with a king bed that was so good to sleep on. There was a minibar, the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The next day, reception organised a bus to Krabi town for us and made everything easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This place is nice (or very nice) for a short or long stay at Hat Yai. It's location is the best! Lee Gardens Plaza is 2 mins walking distance, 7Eleven, Halal restaurants (Salma, Hamid Restaurant etc.), money changer are all nearby! Kimyong Market is around 10 mins walking distance. The standard room for 2 pax is really spacious with king bed. Paid another 100baht for one additional pax. Though they didn't provide extra bed, they provided the additional pax with pillow and towel which is good enough. The room and shower are really nice with the minimal theme. Everything is nice! I wouldn't mind to stay here again next time.

Z Sleep Hotel is located next to Festival Shopping Central. This hotel is super clean , comfort and the space is very big. All the staff is polite and helpful, they willing to solve all the communication problem between us and the local driver (Tuk Tuk Driver) and the price is reasonable + cheap! The Wifi access is very stable and strong. The only defective thing is lack of hair dryer in each of the room (But you can borrow from receptionist counter ). I'm strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who going to Hat Yai and I'll choose this Hotel for my next visit again. Thank you!

This new hotel was perfect. Our room was big and the bathroom was big and modern, with plenty of space to keep our toiletries. The aircon and wifi worked well. The room had blackout curtains, which ensured a good night's sleep. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was superbly clean. We'd highly recommend this hotel id staying in Hat Yai.

Its my favorite hotel in Hat Yai. The rooms are okay and the location is in walking distance to market and not so far from the Makro. When the weather bad and you do not like to go out in the evening, then you can enjoy the band and other entertainment in the house. But when you do not have a good sleep and you like to go sleep early then you will have a problem about the sound. It is not a family hotel.

The hotel and room are very clean and organized, the maid does a great job and the staff are attentive to problems. Its located in the center of things. We had our own car and GPS and could be anywhere in Hat Yai within 10 minutes of the hotel. That said, we didnt have any hot water for 3 days and I sure hated that. We would go down and tell them, the staff would come to the room and suddenly the hot water worked. As soon as he left the room, the hot water suddenly ended. After two times of this, we gave up and accepted cold showers. The room was number 401, just like the photo. Was it haunted? Who knows. The balcony is nice and the room is large. You lay in bed and see the mountains. The bed is very firm because in Thailand its normal in hotels to have a hard surface to lay on, not a deep cushy bed. But its good, it will straighten out your back! A review said you cannot close the curtains, yes you can, just pull the draw strings! The room was on the street but it was never too noisy and we were there on the weekend. When you close the balcony door, all you hear is the powerful and cold aircon. Everything is old, like old TV, but everything works and in good condition--except hot water at times! We brought our own kettle because the hotel doesnt supply them. They give 2 bottles of water everyday. Wifi worked for phones but not for laptop. Because there is so little English in the hotel, I could not get help for it. For muslims, there is food around but you have to search. I GPSed several Halal locations and tried them. There are a few good ones near the Diana Mall, a tuktuk driver should know, and the prices are OK. One Halal restaurant we found looked nice but charged triple the normal prices. You do find cheats within the Halal environment. The hotel is not exactly nearest the goods markets but with a tuktuk it would only be a few minutes ride. Do go to the markets but it would be most helpful if you have good negotiating skills. We tried and got 60% discounts f

I used to live in Hat Yai and this hotel didn’t exist when I was there. My friend and I found that it would cost us the same to get a double room and share a bed (split the cost) as it would to each get an individual room. We went with the single room option which was great because it only cost us about $9 per night (approx 288 THB). Loft bed, living space with couch, TV, and desk as well as lots of floor space. A box up in the loft area to store luggage, closet with drawers, lots of floor space, plenty of power outlets, and a fairly good sized bathroom (for one person). Powerful air con in the room and since they were inside rooms with no windows, lovely and dark no matter the time of day. Good WiFi throughout the building. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a gym and communal kitchen on the second floor as well as a lounge area. I would say the only downsides are that if you want extra bedding or towels or pretty much anything besides the one towel, pillow, and terry cloth blanket, you have to rent them. Not a deposit that you will get back but actually paying extra for them. Also, the steps to get up into your bed are quite steep with no railing. A little inconvenient for middle of the night trips to the restroom. It is located just along the Khlong near the Phetkasem roundabout, which makes it a good location for going downtown and catching transportation. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

the manager(lady) at the reception was very friendly and efficient when we checked in. she even went with me outside to show me how to go to lee garden where we wanted to have dinner, and even gave me a map of hat yai. this is what i call good service. we drove to hat yai, so the big car park was a great plus point. hotel may be old and simple, but very well maintained. room and bathroom were clean. the wi-fi was excellent! almost everthing we wanted to do in hat yai was just within walking distance. great location.

The stay was excellent! We drove in from Malaysia all the way into Hat Yai so we also needed parking for our car and we stayed on 2 weekdays. For its location - parking only starts to be in abundance from 530pm onwards - otherwise its filled up with local vehicles in the mornings - we spent our day first in Grand Festival (FREE PARKING!) whilst waiting to check in. Check in process was awesome - they had super friendly staff to help you in on your way. Once given our welcome drinks - Butterfly Peach its called (excellent by the way) its onwards to the rooms. Its minimalist so be warned there is no lifts, ours is on 3rd floor and we had two rooms. We had help bringing our parents bags up. Room - Gorgeous! Air conditioning is cold, bed firm as we liked and pillows were very comfy. Beautiful minimalist settings throughout. Water pressure was strong - something which I am very particular with. The whole floor was covered in some sort of laquer i think, we went barefoot most of the time :) About 1/2 floor down from our room, there's a little living room with super comfy sofa and cooling air being blown down from the air vents. It was in the mornings naturally lighted up by the see through roof, we relaxed for almost 6 hours there in the 3 days we spent in La Pause. Location wise though, its a little off the beaten track - we had a car so moving around was much easier, none the less its pretty close to where the other attractions are so thats fine. All in all we really enjoyed our stay in La Pause - we aim to be back next time we are in Hat Yai! :D

This is my dream hotel. My wife and I just spent one night here, but I wish it had been longer. I would have loved to have just stayed for a week and enjoyed the facilities. The fitness center is fantastic. All the equipment is brand new and top o the line. There's plenty of space and it never got crowded while I was working out. I was able to do my regular weight lifting routine and get in a great cardio workout, too. You'll find every piece of fitness equipment that you could need. We didn't get to explore the Thai boxing gym, or the badminton or tennis courts, but the pictures look amazing. The pool is beautiful and looked very inviting. We didn't get a chance to try breakfast, but walking by in the morning, it smelled very good. From what I could see in the breakfast room, there were lots of dishes being offered. Next time, I'll try the breakfast and update my review. I'll be staying here every time I visit Hat Yai from now on. I love AC Sportcenter!

The hotel location is excellent. Within walking distances to halal foods (even the famous Nasi Ayam “Khai Thot Decha”), bus hub (Chee Uthit Road), Kim Yong market, and Lee Garden Night Market. 7-Eleven is closed too. Unfortunately our room 424 is so smelly..really bad smelly like a bangkai in there. We don’t like the shower, and the flush also not flushing well. The tub is broken we can see a hole. The bed is old, we can feel the springs. However our friend’s room 423 is better. No smelly. These all however considered worth the price we paid as we spent more time outside. The staffs also really friendly and speak Malay. Easy to check in and out. Highly recommended but please check the room 424.
