comfortable, professional, good value for money ”
Although we had only booked one night, we decided te stay four nights eventually. In the room we found a lot of rest and a good night sleep after three weeks of travelling in Thailand which had made us really tired. The room is cleaned every day, you get fresh towels, two bottles of water and fresh sheets. The staff is really friendly and helpful, they even speak some English which is quite rare in Thailand Above all, we really like Hat Yai: the atmosphere, honest and friendly people, good food and a lot of shops and shopping malls. We never felt unsafe or unwelcome in this city. Hat yai is also quite clean and not too busy. The hotel is centrally located for shopping and dining.

well, this was my second stayed in greenview hotel in two months times. Normally i only plan to stayed more than once in same hotel if the hotel meet my requirement. Greenview hotel provided us the best price which hardly found from any other hotel with similar benefits in Hatyai area. the strategic location and fast wifi speed gave other extra points to the hotel as well. the comfortable room and friendly staffs also added advantages to us. Overall, i was very satisfied with the hotel services.

well, as summary only one word can describe about this hotel is "superb". by overall comparison among hotels in hatyai, Greenview hotel still in our top list favourite. this can be proven by the amount of customers staying here and how frequently they return to the same venue when there are chances.the services and facilities provided was totally great and the most important is the room prices which are unbeatable among those same rank hotel or even higher ranking star hotel.

the manager(lady) at the reception was very friendly and efficient when we checked in. she even went with me outside to show me how to go to lee garden where we wanted to have dinner, and even gave me a map of hat yai. this is what i call good service. we drove to hat yai, so the big car park was a great plus point. hotel may be old and simple, but very well maintained. room and bathroom were clean. the wi-fi was excellent! almost everthing we wanted to do in hat yai was just within walking distance. great location.

Come to stay this hotel for 2nd times, and it was awesome. If compare to 2 years back, the staffs can speak fluent English and Chinese. This time of visit, I drive my own car to the hotel (is great that the hotel provide spacious car park without any charge, thumbs up). One more I need to mention is the hotel location. Don't compare it with Lee Garden Plaza, but the most attracting spots can be reach by Tuk Tuk (around 20 Thai Bahts). With car, you can reach further place like Klonghea Floating Market within 30 minutes. Hotel cleanliness, I've no complaint. The staffs done well in this part. Staffs friendliness, (again, thumbs up). They know English very well and speak fluently, so we have no gap to communicate. Once we check in the hotel, the staff straight away intro us the famous spot to visit and related information. The staffs are very kind to guide us the direction to one of the restaurant we wish to go. Correction was made very fast once they know they point us to the wrong direction. I remember got one bell boy can speak Mandarin very fluent (thumbs up for this guy). One thing I'm not satisfy with the Tuk Tuk station in the hotel. I hope they can be more friendly to hotel customers. I'm looking for the visit for the future. Thanks Hatyai GreenView Hotel.

Worth all your money”
We came early to the hotel and they let us check in anyway. First surprise. Then the second night we requested to change for a 4 persons room instead of 2 double room, they changed without any extra charges. Wow. I have not encountered such accommodating hotel until this. Their staffs were super friendly and gave us a lot info. He guided us a nice seafood restaurant and it's a must to try out. The staffs speaks simple English and Mandarin but it's enough to guide you around Hat Yai. Not really a fancy hotel but it's worth to have a stay here.

Big and clean room”
I booked the hotel throught Agoda.com. I stay for 3 nights from 26/11/2012to 29/11/2012. I bought a mini bus ticket from a travel agent in Penang for Rm35. The journey took about 4 hours to reach Hat Yai by road.I was very surprised that the room was very big and very clean. The hotel to the heart of Hat Yai Lee Garden is about 10 mins walk. There are many eating outlet near the hotel, price are cheap, a bowl of noddles soup cost about 40baths(4 ringgit) I manage to rent a motor bike to tour some interest places in Hat Yai for one hour ,It cost 150baths in front of the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and help. The lady boss of the hotel can speak good English and very soft spoken and helpful. She booked a taxi for me to airport for 200bath. She is also a lecturer to the medical college in Bangkok. I love to stay in this hotel again.

Great value for money”
I was impressed by the fast check in, clean and big room. Despite this hotel is old but the room is renovated with new plasma TV and big refrigerator. I rented a car so this hotel is suitable for me coz there are many parking lots and you hardly find a parking area in Hat Yai down town. Compare to the price, I like this hotel.

Very good value for money”
We are visiting HatYai for many years now. We were really surprised this time. This hotel is a very good deal compared to other options in this price range. Renovated rooms, spacious, clean, huge bathroom with tub, minibar, room service. The staff speaks perfect English and is very friendly and helpful. Very good location just north of the market area (5 min. walk to Lee Gardens). One of the few hotels, which do not have an attached massage parlor, as is usual in HatYai.

A comfortable stay with family.”
Location is quiet and peaceful. Few food stall in front of the Hotel is nice and cheap, especially the local porridge. Not all staff can speak english / mandarin but they are very friendly. I was impressed by a staff named Apichat Sasanai. He provides informative suggestion on place of attractions around Hat Yai and Songkha. My family had a wonderful trip and we will definitely come back again.

Clean hotel but not so central”
I booked a double bedroom with extra bed in Greenview Hotel Hatyai. We arrived around 7 pm and was greeted with a smile by the receptionist staff. Check in was easy and breeze with the hotel porter who is friendly and eager to help. Our room is of good size, double bed was really big, I think it could be mistaken as a king bed. The room and bathroom was clean albeit slightly aged. The hotel situated around 7-8 minutes walk to Lee Plaza area. If you dont prefer to walk, you can always hire a Tuk Tuk which almost always available in front of the hotel. For those who drives, there are ample parking in front of the hotel. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel in terms of cleanliness and service. My only complaints would be that they charged equivalent to USD 10 for an extra bed which I think a little excessive since the price of a double room is equivalent to USD 16.

my friend and i were only staying the one night because we live in songkhla and were leaving early in the morning for koh lipe. didn't want to get up super early to get to hat yai. the room was clean and modern. even has a bath tub! very new television with cable (including universal channel, which we were thrilled with since we only have fox crime in english back in songkhla). air con. the hotel was quiet. not much of a view, but you don't really expect one in the heart of the city. walking distance to lee gardens and kim yong, although, i wouldn't want to make that walk during the heat of the day. best to take a motorbike taxi or tuk tuk for 20 baht. very happy with the hotel. no complaints.

Comfortable stay in value-for-money hotel”
It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We arrived more than 4 hours before the check in time. The staff gave us the one room that was ready. The second room was given about 2 hours later, but still before the official check in time. The shopping areas wee within walking distance. For Muslims, halal food was also available nearby. Will definitely consider staying again at the hotel the next time I'm in Hat Yai

Staff was nice and helpful, able to speak Thai, English and probably some Chinese Hotel location was good, walk down the road to reach Hatyai Plaza. Hatyai's central area (including Lee Gardens, Odean shopping mall) is generally within walking distance. Slightly far from the night market, rate from night market to hotel is about 20-30baht per person Wifi is very strong, I could access the wifi from across the street There are some food stalls along the street near the hotel Bottled water is provided every day, however there are no kettles to boil your own water. I guess you could probably ask for one, not sure if chargeable or not. I bought water from the convenience shop near the area for cheap rates so I didn't bother asking them. The bathtub is clean and there was no cracks or stains on them The hotel room feels proper and gives me a cosy feeling, no uneasiness Have recommended my family and will definitely come back for another stay

Stop here from Koh Lipe before going back to KL”
We always stay Hatyai after done our trip. This time, we chose Hatyai Greenview Hotel after done our Koh Lipe trip. This hotel good for short stay. No hot water or kettle for my baby, but they provide water disperser at lobby. The place not far from Lee garden but we still took tuk tuk. Very calm at night. Staff can speak English so don't worry. They're so cute too!!!

It is really comfotrable”
It was nice to stay at this hotel. The staff is very helpful when we need to change our standard room to triple room, they just charge another 200 bath if with extra beds. One of the bellboy help us to book van from hatyai to penang without charge us but we give him tips for the help. This hotel near to Asian Trade Centre (Night Market) only 20bath/person for us with 4 peoples with tuk2. Walkable about 10-15 minutes to Kim Yong Market or 20bath/person with tuk2. Also near to Lee Garden Plaza still 20bath/person with tuk2 or you just walk to get there. Please be aware with tuk2 waiting in front of the hotel, you can get cheaper that them if you walk a bit from the hotel and stop the tuk2 along the way. I will be back again to this hotel.
