Excellent value for money”
Haus at Sathorn 21 is not only value for money but is also cosy and decorated tastefully. Haus at Sathorn is located near to Sathorn Pier (Good for those who would like to get some sightseeing done) and the Saphan Taksin BTS (Both places are within 10 min walking distance). There is a 24 hour caretaker who also graciously makes you breakfast in the morning. This place is amazing but there are two aspects that can be improved- the heater in the toilet is a little wonky and guests have to climb the stairs as there is no lift in the building. Overall, Haus Sathorn was lovely and we will definitely be back!

A great stay! ”
Conveniently located not too far from the bts station, Haus Sathorn 21 is a stylish and comfortable place to stay. Away from the main street in a small back alley, it is in a quiet neighborhood where you can meet locals. The banana muffin for breakfast was my favourite, the hanging hammock was great to take photos, all the rooms have an Amazon connection and you can watch movies on Netflix... The owner is also nice! He took good care of me and always responded to my messages and ensured I had a great stay.

Good value for good conditions”
Room was small however with balocny it was sufficient. Toilet and shower within the room were quite clean. AC was great, quiet and well working. Breakfast was okay: fried eggs or omlet, toasts, fried ham and small sausages. Sufficient to start hot day in Bangkok. We could leave our backpacks for all day for free. Location was also good, 10 min walking from Sathorn Pier and 7 min from BTS station. Very recommended.

Value for Money! ”
This place is within 5mins walking distance to BTS and pier (which has free boat ride to Asiatique & IconSiam). It’s tucked in a neighbourhood off main road but it’s safe to walk back. Breakfast was simple and nice - good enough. Even though the staffs don’t speak much English, but she was VERY friendly to us and shared lots of info to us in her very best English :) we liked her A LOT! We stayed here for a week and it was worth the money. We wanted a cheap stay and this is the best we can get in that area! Cons : 1. We noticed some rooms are more spacious and some are smaller, despite prices are the same. We got lucky and got the larger room. 2. Water heater for shower is really unstable. But it seems to be a common problem for everyone.

This was a lovely place to stay in Bangkok. Located a close walk from the BTS and pier. Staff here are super sweet. Place has great facilities and rooms are furnished well, if not a little small, since the bed is very generous.

Great staff, nice terrace”
We had an problem with our flight and couldn't reach the hotel before 4am. When we arrived, our key with a note was waiting for us on the reception desk. We were able to get to our room and sleep for a few hours before leaving Thailand. The bedroom was small but well equipped and clean, as well as the bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was perfect to start the say and the staff was nice and helpful to book a taxi ans plan our trip. We didn't get the chance to judge the neighborhood but just the terrace for breakfast a'd the outside in the cul de sac was lovely enough. We regret to not spend more time but it was a nice stay.

Very nice spot near Saphan Taksin BTS (6 min walk). Spotless and small room, comfortable bed, owners and staff super nice and helpful. Note kitchen, clothes washer and in shared space. Breakfast provided each morning. Highly recommended

Fantastic”
Great location, in one of the few remaining "old" areas of Bangkok. A quick stroll to the BTS station but also handy to Chinatown and other great areas of Bangkok. Rooms are new and comfy, totally soundproofed and the staff are friendly and respect your privacy.

Amazing location, home decor and common area! Rooms are a bit tiny and beds are quite hard if you stay longer than two nights though breakfast is great and you can chill on the terrasse which is really nice

We really enjoy our stayed. The location was very nice, it's like 5 mins walking to BTS Taksin and nearby was a local market - very easy to find food and shopping (Robinson mall is next to BTS). However the room was a little too small for the big bed, we had to stay on the bed in order for another person to walk around. Overall, we loved it!

Very strategic and only walking distance to Sathorn pier if you are taking the Chao Phraya River taxi visiting all tourist spots including ICONSIAM. Also, the place is clean and only a 5 minute walk from MRT.

Was very new and clean. George the owner was really accommodating. The place is quiet and very clean. If you want your privacy in busy bangkok this place is the best as you live with the locals but just a step away is already accessible to everything

Little Gem in central city”
The hotel was newly built, everything is nice. The Person In charge is superb, she did everything ! Morning breakfast, receptionist and etc, the most important thing is she is very polite! Definitely will come back again !

Dreamy Little Boutique Joint”
I like it here. It's tiny, it's modern, it's a bit exhibitionist. Seriously, the toilet is made of glass, so if you're trying to demurely step into the bathroom without a lot of visual clues about exactly what you're doing? It's not for you. Otherwise, it's quite lovely. Great balcony, comfy bed, delicious breaky, sweet staff. I love it.

It's a really cosy B&B. The room is clean and spacious in terms of the price. Love the little balcony and the TV that you can watch Youtube and Netflix. The location is close to BTS station and pier which you can take the ferry to Grand Palace and Khao San road. The staff is helpful. Really enjoyed my stay.

Close to bts”
Small but decent rooms. Breakfast is okay. Staff don't speak English well but are friendly. Shower is pretty sh*t. Hardly pressure and the water is really hot or cold no in-between. WiFi is bad. Unfortunately no lift. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was a bit painful getting up there every time especially because it's hot.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is okay but have limited choice. Easy access to most of hot spot in town (bts, mall, pier etc.). Room is too small but clean. Overall, worth it.
