Never got my refund”

I was forced to check out one day early because the place was fully booked by a big hiking group. They never refunded what I paid through Agoda even after several phone calls and follow ups.

please fix accessibility issues and food. we had a issue with water on the second night. we were told the generator to carry the water up to the resort was down so we had no water till the next morning.

truly spectacular! however, really need to invest in a more practical way to get to reception from the parking lot. you need to do the 208 step trek, safety hazard when you have young kids and elderly with you and raining . they do have a cable cart but so expensive p150 per person (3 yo plus) one way. breakfast was a joke food (hotdog and cornbeef) were abit sour to the taste. if these issues are address we would be glad to return!!

Very nice resort. Impressed that it s was so nice resort in a small place like Maragusan. Very kindly staff and nice room. The breakfeast was good. We only eat breakfeast there so the dinner we can t comment. We recomanded this place. Shiela and Knut Olav

Spectacular views, grounds, and dining”

We were very happy and will come again. The stairs are a climb but once you are up there is no reason to come down. Meals are excellent and reasonably priced. The grounds are beautiful as are the views. The staff was helpful and friendly. Pools are clean and attractive. (Tables and chairs are nice but need some lounges or recliners) Some improvements would be fresh fruit on the menu. We had a fruit cocktail that came from a can :-( The vegetables were fresh with some grown in their organic garden. :-) The room could use a remodel and the layout was a little uncomfortable but they are updating and remodeling some units now. Blackouts are common but that is not their fault and they have a generator so you will have aircon at night. Laundry service was TERRIBLE! It took two days when they promised ready by next morning. The clothes were badly folded, wrinkled, and even some things were wrong-side-out. I don't want to end the review on a bad note so I will add we took the day tour of waterfalls and springs. Our tour guide was wonderful and the price was reasonable. They also have shuttle service to the bus terminal. The best part was the exceptional hospitality and views. This is the BEST hotel in town!
