I stayed at this hotel with my wife for a about 2 weeks , and the carpet on hotel floor was dirty needs cleaning and shampooed. The desk staff was rude and bad attitudes, i was .93 cent short for paying for my room stay of $300. And Terrell , the desk clerk made me go back to car and get the .93 cent i was short. Rosia , the other desk was rude and had a bad attitude and do not want to work with you at all. I would never stay here again and will tell family and friends not to stay here either.

Customer service is not good, from Rosa ( The Manager ( or Terrell ) associate they are not workable at all they are to company corporate , i was 93Cent short on paying for my reservation and Terrell was at the desk . He would not give me the keys until i went to the car and bring back inside the 93 cents, i would not have done this to any customer. Especially me and my wife had been here for about 1 week and half or longer.

Understandably with any business, should you shop in a store, and do not have sufficient funds to procure the item with cash, you are required to pay for the item in another way, credit or debit card. Wyndham Hotels and Resorts requires payment for all rooms, regardless of which Travel Booking Website you choose to make your reservations, to pay for the room in FULL, before taking possession of the room keys. In all fairness, our Guest Services Team member was following Wyndham policy. We appreciate your business and hope you understand this policy.
The nastiest hotel I have ever been in.”
The management staff has no understanding of how to run a hotel. 1. There is a sign that notes that sheets and towels are not replaced on weekends. So if you do like me and stay more than one day, you have to go down to the front desk and request towels. 2. My suite had a couch that converts to a bed. They furnished me with no pillows or sheets, so again, I had to go down to the front desk. 3. The couch had stains on it and you can see stains on the carpet throughout the building. 4. I stayed on the 3rd floor. Next to the elevator entrance there were two metal garbage receptacles. The problem was that behind them was stacked several bags of trash that should have been discarded in a dumpster. This was there for more than 24 hours. 5. They offer a free continental breakfast, but the area is too small to sufficiently accommodate more than 20 guests. There is very little room for people navigating to get food. 6. The bathrooms have no exhaust fans and bathtub had stains.

Great place, value for money”
We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. We chose this because it's next to our office in Wheeling. In general, we're satisfied with our stay. The facilities are well kept, in good condition, our suites are spacious with all necessary kitchen utensils. We appreciate complimentary snacks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays' evenings (although we only had only one chance to attend). The downside that we thought would be lack of variety of breakfast. Basically, it's the same during our 2 weeks. For the first 3 days, it's OK but for 2 weeks, we need more variety. The other point for improvement could be receptionists, they are sometimes hard to find since they are not available at the reception or when they were at the reception, they were on the phone, so it's not convenient to approach. One minor improvement is Receptionists should smile, be courteous and show friendliness and welcome to guests.
