The only good thing of this place is the location. Room needs update. Privacy is an issue, people next door can listen to your conversations due to thin walls. Staff are friendly though. Daily rate i think is not worth the place.

Karaoke all night long!”
The first night, people sung until very late (11:00PM) and started the next day at 06:00 AM, since the isolation of the room was pretty poor we had the feeling that the karaoke was INSIDE our room! The restaurant was closed and the owner, though trying to do her best, was not of much help. We still had a nice time during island hoping (organizing by the hotel) and we spent a lot of time at breeze and waves, a restaurant/ hotel located a little bit further since it was opened and the owner was simply great!

Much to be desired”
The hotel is quite old. There is much to be desired about the toilet with no hot water and the toilet bowl has no cover. Ants seem to have encamped in our room.

It was generally bad, but some good experience”
It was a troublesome experience. I cannot contact the contact # or even the hotel, thus resulting for unfortunate events for me. I wasn't well-informed that there were schedules for ferry boats and I missed it, so I was trying to contact the hotel but to no avail so I sought help to local people in Goa, CamSur and was instructed to take the last trip bus that took me 5 hours to travel (instead of 2 hours by boat). And I arrived in the main road of Caramoan at 9:30pm and there was no one for me to pick me up and still cannot contact the hotel. Luckily there were random local people who were travelling going near the hotel so they gave me a ride of their private tricycle (if not of them I am stuck overnight in a very isolated and dark rural area alone). I hate the fact the the contact # I searched in the internet and the one they gave me was "cannot be reached" (or it was turned off) and there's no way you can contact them, and what was worst was the staff didn't know that I am arriving that's why they didn't have the chance to help/assist me. The room was dusty but really spacious and the beds were big. The food menu was limited but the food was really good. The staff were really helpful though. The location was ideal for it was the drop off point for the island hopping tour, but it was really really far from the main road and town proper.

Our stay was generally great, the food was awesome! The staff were superb even the owners themselves are very accommodating...would definitely be staying here on my next visit to Bicol!

Lousy room paper thin walls”
Would of preferred to stay somewhere else but limited options,run by a guy that is creepy and has lived in Phillipines for thirty years and can't speak a word of Phillipino who plays Latino music and video games all day we went out for the day and didn't even clean the room. His specialty is pizza we ordered a Hawaiian and got somebody else's pizza who didn't want it so he put pineapple on it warmed it up and served it to us and thinks he is not transparent overall creepy.

Best of Limited Choices”
Hello to All, I stayed here with my GF for four nights. A funny start, they had no cold beer after the longish journey to get to Paniman Beach !! They jumped on their scooter though and found some LOL. Paniman is isolated, majority of stock comes by barge. So happened that barge didn't arrive week we stayed so food options were limited. However Alexander and Hazel were very helpful and willing to do what they could for us. Only place on Paniman that seemed to have any atmosphere !!! Would stay again if I can to Paniman. Rooms not facing Ocean but resort is right on beach sand.

Peaceful place and friendly owner”
I and my friend had a pleasant stay in the resort. The room is spacious with comfortable beds plus a private T&B. The owner and the staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Our room is located in the beachfront so we could hear the waves of the sea which is very relaxing. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a relaxing vacation.

The food was good and the service was good. Although it took us almost 30 minutes ride from the pier it was worth it because the boat that will bring you to all those breathtaking islands is just a few steps away.

Great Hosts! Hazel/ Ala were friendly and helpful”
Our stay at Hazel and Ala's Resort was very enjoyable. If I were to make one negative comment it would be the walls between rooms are very thin and neighbors' conversations are easily heard. However, that being said, all in all it was a pleasant experience and we hope to go back again.

An amazing place to get away from it all”
We stayed for 4 days and had an absoutley fantastic time. Hazel was very helpful and organsied two day trips to local islands for us. The area and islands are so beautiful. This hotel is on a local fisherman's beach and so you get a sense of what life is like for local people, but you also have creature comforts like your own bathroom, a restaurant that serves western as well as local dishes and a beer. As well as visiting islands there is a cave that you can go and seeas well as tours of the local area by tricycle.

très mauvais séjour.”
J'avais réservé pour 8 nuits, j'ai craqué au bout de 4 et je suis parti ailleurs. Chambres sales et sans intimité (les cloisons sont si minces que l'on entend tout ce que disent les voisins). Présence régulière de cafards et de grosses araignées. Un cafard mort est resté 3 jours dans le bac à douche, malgré nos demandes de nettoyer la salle de bains. Douche avec eau froide seulement. Un conseil : allez ailleurs.
