My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is perfect, it’s right opposite the central station and there’s a metro right next to it that can take you anywhere in the city. There’s even a mcdonald’s right opposite. The room was very nice and was cleaned everyday while we were out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel. It is my go-to hotel whenever i come to Milan. It has a decent room and a great bathroom. However, my biggest problem is the elevator, it takes such a long time! otherwise everything is great

be careful no shower door”
Friendly staff, strange elevator set up you have to press the up each side to call the elevator. The room was cute and very clean I just found it strange there was no shower door. I found this be dangerous later on. After taking a shower since there so shower door, the water got all over and went i set out I notice the water had gotten to entry way.. by that time it was too late and I gad slipped and my side. The floors are very pretty bot they are supper slippery when wet. This would be a problem with and older person as they can break a hip or some kind of bone. Although it visually nice not to have a shower door is very dangerous ! But location is great if you have a super early train

Brilliant location, clean, quite modern design and really nice and helpful staff. The only flaw is that some sort of water flowing sound came from the ceiling, though not very noisy but sometimes a little bit annoying. Still, overall a very good hotel!

The location is perfect just a few steps from the central station. The room is not spacious but it can store two open baggages. No water boiler and body lotion are provided.

The hotel has a great view and if you need amenities, you will need to ask receptionist as they do not really provide much in the room, but you can always ask. Alessio was such a nice guy, he was very kind to let me have the nicer room and quick check in. Thank you Alessio

The hotel is in really great location Super close to all transportation and easy to get around the city Restaurants and cafes around the block The main shopping drag a few short blocks away. The rooms are small but modern and clean. We had a great view of the Milano Centrale station from our room. The biggest drawback honestly was not having rooftop access. the terrace was only open for breakfast 8am-11:30am - it was closed after that. So we never had a chance to enjoy the terrace. Our original plan was to have evening drinks on the terrace with the view of the city but we quickly found out that would never happen since it was only open at breakfast. So that was a bummer. Staff was friendly and helpful.
