The hotel provides disposable towels, but you can bring your own. The hot spring bath area does not provide shampoo and shower gel, so you need to bring your own. There are vending machines with a variety of coffee, drinks, snacks, and instant noodles. The room air conditioning is very cold, but there is a heater and an electric fan provided. In the loft room type, it takes about five minutes for the hot water to come out in the bathroom. The location is very close to the old street, about a five-minute walk. Along the way, you will pass by a racecourse and a small amusement park where you can play. You can go to the nearby convenience store at night to buy things you want and bring them back to the hotel (the convenience store closes around 10 o'clock).

Good Hot Spring but no CS”
We were very excited to find a little inn with a hot spring that seemed to be decent. A little far from the station, but about 5 minutes from the end of the old street. A male front attendant with glasses was polite and nice, he called someone who speaks English for translation. So the check in process was somewhat smooth. The room was very compact and linens smelled so funny that we asked to change the pillow cases. All the female attendant were rude and unpleasant. The hot spring looked a little shabby, but the water was good. They have free rental swimming caps as well. They open until 22:00, but not in the morning before checking out. Breakfast - We were the only guest who had breakfast there that morning. There were some toasts, rolls and porridge with seasonings who knows when it was cleaned last. This place has a potential to bloom, but I felt that they gave up on trying hard. I don’t think I’d come back to this place, but Neiwan was very magical and I want to come back...

All the public areas are in a very bad condition. They don't even remove the broken parts of facilities. It's like they're expecting somebody clean up all the mess for them, all they have to do is sitting right there and counting the bills.
