The location is the best, just a few minutes walk from the nearest station (Takaracho Station). The staffs are also very nice. The room is small just like a typical budget hotel room but with some arrangements, two people can sleep and two luggages can fit in just fine (based on our heights, not taller than 160 cm and luggage sizes not bigger than 26 inches). Check out is super convenient as you can just drop the keycards in the machine the hotel provided. Overall it was an excellent experience and would love to stay here again.

Right outside Ginza, a block away from Takaracho metro station and a perfectly walk-able distance from Tokyo station provided you don't carry your life with you like we did - very convenient place to stay. It's tiny but tidy! The room was very small (maybe 100 sq. ft with the bathroom) but everything you need is there. I believe it would be very hard to find something better for the price. APA Hotels are known for the travelling business man but really, it fits every tourist needs. The view from our room looked like a scene from The Fast and the Furious, Tokyo Drift which was pretty cool. We highly recommend and we are more likely to book for our next stay

The convenience store (Family Mart) is located 1 min from the hotel. Also, it takes only 1 min to the entrance of the Takaracho-station.

It was easy to walk here from Tokyo Station and get to anywhere we wanted to go on the nearby subway stop. The room was the right size for the two of us and was comfortable and clean.

Very close to the metro and a convenience store, and just a little walking takes you straight into the heart of Ginza. Floor space of room is quite small (not enough to open two suitcases in), but bed space is good for two — par for the course in Tokyo. Very satisfied with the facilities, but their eco-friendly cleaning policy wasn't well-implemented. They said they would change the sheets after the third night of stay. We stayed eight nights and after multiple requests after the third day, our sheets were only changed on the sixth night. The hotel staff realized their mistake and gave us new pillows on the fifth night. Nonetheless, our room was usually well-cleaned on a daily basis, and they would always change used towels. I would stay here again and would recommend to friends, but would also tell them to take note of the cleaning policy.

Location was abit far from the expection as we though. room was very very small, we cant even open our luggage and theres no space to walk at all. But give and take for a budget hotel. Room was very dusty, maybe because they do not provide purifier in the room and windows was lock, unable to air the room too. Staff was very friendly, they only understand very very simple english but still manage to communicate with us. we op for delivery service for our luggage from our stay to another location, and staff was very helpful, help us write down the details in Japanese and engage the servuces for us. downstairs is just the convenient store. Overall was good, just kind of dusty. if u plan for budget short stay in tokyo can recommend this hotel but if is staying longer then may reconsider.

Noisy rooms next to heavy traffic highways”
I stayed at 15th floor of 16 stories building but the noise of the traffic was very noticeable 24/7. There are better options in the same neighborhood at similar price and I will never stay at this hotel in the future.

Front desk not willing to serve the guest”
We were really disappointed with the way their staff in the front desk assist us.They do not know any customer service.They must be trianed on how to interact with guest .Everytime we ask some questions or help they respond in a rude manner.Communication is not an issue for we fluently speak in English and Japanese.We are a frequent traveller too but this is the first time we experienced a hotel were laundry area is far from the hotel location and when we opt to borrow an iron it was not possible.We have to reserve it the next day so we can wait for an hour.The cleaning staff was so nice by the way we get to meet her in the morning.Do not come here if you think you will have so many questions in mind regarding the city destinations.They are not happy to help.

Me and my partner stayed at three different APAs during our trip - the other ones were great but this one you should steer clear of - the area is a bit shady (still safe, but a bit uneasy), access to the hotel is through an alley with no sidewalk, when cleaning our room the staff never refilled our coffee and tea so we had to go down to reception every day to get them and the reception was often unmanned, there is only one elevator for 15 floors so there is always a long wait to go up or down, and worse of all was the shower-at least in our room (1303) it was designed in a way that made it impossible to use it without flooding the whole room. The best thing there is to say about this hotel is that it is right next to a fire station so if you (or your kid) like fire trucks, you can see them every morning
