Very Good amenities and location”
Although this hotel was a self check in, they still have staff to accompany and guide you which was nice. The hotel is room is very clean and has lots of amenities in it. Overall it was a great stay near the station.

Self check in, with the help of their staff on their system. Small typical Japanese clean room, large bed comfortable for solo traveler. Good sound proof when in the room, but when out at corridor, it could get noisy because of small narrow corridor that make each opposite room close. More than enough charging ports, they have hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, shaver.. and a large TV. Large luggage had to be push underneath the bed for storage. In room instant coffee pack and tea pack provided as well. Izakaya ‘stone throw’ walking distance away from hotel that provide valuable takeaway bento set (580 yen for a massive bento with 2-3 portion standard serving of rice) around 11am. Local grocery also within distance that sell simple snack and drink.

The room was very clean and quiet. Maybe it would have been a bit small for foreign travelers, but since I am a resident of Japan, I thought it was satisfactory. I am always pleased with APA Hotel. Just a comment that there are several APA Hotels in that neighborhood with similar 'sub-names,' so it could be a bit confusing for first-time travelers to Japan and to Tokyo. Otherwise, I highly recommend.

Excellent location with great value for money. The hotel has easy self check-in kiosk and the staff is quite helpful. The only they need to improve is on providing some more facilities such as cloth iron, umbrellas etc. which is must for travelers.

Great place for solo or couple ”
The hotel has a really cool self-check in machine which made the entire check in process very smooth and quick. Check out was also a breeze as you just had to drop the key card off if you had no additional charges on the room. The room itself is newly renovated, with clever storage solutions like a raised bed so the luggage can fit underneath, and a huge television screen. Everything was really clean. Location-wise, it's a good place to be near Ginza and Tokyo Stations (1 station from Tokyo Station, 10-15 min walk to Ginza); just be careful that you find the right APA hotel because there are 4 in the same area. If you do end up at the wrong APA hotel initially (like me), not to worry at all, because the staff are really helpful! I'd definitely come back again!

Pros: -very clean due to exceptional room cleaning service daily -very comfortable bed with a pretty big desk. Toilet is pretty standard but a private toilet in Tokyo is hard to find in accommodations. - abundance of Lawson and seven eleven nearby Cons: - nearest train station is about a 7-10min walk - no coin laundry - the way to Narita airport can be really tough because the hotel is far away from the train station with shuttle bus to airport.

New hotel but too pricey.”
For this price, there are better choices. For example, hotels closer to Ginza or Tsukiji market. It is much cheaper when you book via internet on arrival instead of in advance. I regret for paying more than I should.

It's at most 15 mins walk from the train station. Nearby the hotel, you will find quite a few convenient stores that open 24/7. Also, it's a walking distance (about 30mins) to Tsukiji fish market.

Value-For-Money, Ideal for Short Stay”
The room we had was quite small (but typical of a Japan hotel) but it was comfortable enough for a short stay (3 nights). Ideal accommodation for people who are mostly out and about the whole day and need a place to rest at the end of a day of walking about. What we liked best about this hotel is that it is situated very close to Tokyo station and a few major tourist attractions (e.g. Tsukiji market is walking distance away).
