APA hotels are great when the price is low as it is a fantastic bargain. You can not beat this deal for the quality of the accommodations and the standard excellent Japanese service. Remember, JP business hotels are "small" compared to western standards. They're extremely functional and waste no space so expect your room to be optimized for a business traveler. A comfortable, safe, clean space to rest and prepare for your day.

Small but comfortable”
The hotel is in a nice, safe and quiet area of Tokyo. It is within walking distance to Akihabara and the Ochanomizu Train Station. A lovely place for families and couples with shrines and great eateries nearby. Good for those who want to get out of the busier parts of Tokyo. The standard rooms are very small, but this is what you would expect for two people. I would suggest booking something bigger if you need it, the bathroom is very cramped and we are two small adults.

Great place, simple check in/out procedures.”
Great value for money, cozy for 2 asians. Enough space for luggage in the room. Location is especially great, with nearby convenience store, in house coin laundry, and a short walk away from Akihabara. They also allow for baggage keep if you arrive before check in time which is great! Cons are that there is no safe in the room, and the toilets are not heated. Shower curtain had a strange smell to it, but all very minor cons. The staff were superb with no language barrier.

Very standard business hotel”
To visit Akihabara well, I chose this hotel for rest. It is quite far from Akihabara, only 15 minutes were taken with walking. Besides of that, hotel is very quite to take rest. Room was small, but still there were some space to open own carrier well. Room services were good, cleaning is well done for us.

Super super small room, but clean. Good location, but long walks. Staff are not friendly. AC is centrally controlled. Despite it being autumn, we felt it was too warm to have to sleep with a heater. Hotel told us we can’t switch it to AC, so had to open a window. I expected more being a chain hotel, and it’s not cheap. Worst hotel room out of our 4 we stayed in Japan

Even for Japan, this room was a bit small. But the price was good, location very nice, staff was polite and helpful. Overall very satisfying.

As I expected, room is tiny (really tiniy) Couldn't even open my luggage without stepping on it the whole time. But room is clean and cozy, enough light, and small but manageble bath tub. Not bad for single traveler (or business trip)

This hotel was a great choice for my stay in Tokyo. The staff was great and English friendly. The location was perfect for walking to wherever my plans were. The room itself was on the smaller side but it was expected so no problem for me. The amenities that the room offers were very convenient and restocked daily. Even when the door was left on "do not disturb" the staff left us extra supplies outside our room for us which was a great surprise. The only problem that I could think of was the video on demand. Even tho we didn't stay in the hotel for a long time per day it would be nice to have an option of paying for a single movie to watch instead of only a one time all you can watch for the time payment. Overall this was a great stay and I recommend this hotel to any other travelers planning on making a trip out there.

Our hotel is near from Ochanomizu station, Suehirocho station, and if you walk a bit, it is also near from Akihabara station and Yushima station. I feel that it is very suitable for Tokyo sightseeing. We are pleased to hear your compliments about the hotel. Amenity is exchanged everyday and we are preparing the amenities so that everyone can spend comfortably, even on the day that we do not enter the room (put on the card not to enter the room). If you would like to check in earlier, it costs 1,000 JPY per hour (if you check in at 13:00, it costs 2,000 JPY) Also we are able to store your luggage at the front before the check in time with no charge. Very good location. Short walk to Ochanomizu Station, Akihabara Station. Room is very clean, but it is quite tiny. Almost did not have space to open both our luggages. Nevertheless, it is still reasonable for price. Great for short stays.

Rooms are quite small with no place to hang your clothes. Will be of good size for a solo traveller though. Room is still pretty well kept though and the facilities are adequate. A bit of a walk from the train station as well.

Small Room in a Great Location”
Hotel is actually close to Akihabara area (closer than Akihabara station in some parts of Akihabara like Don Quijote). It is also near a lot train stations, so very convenient. The room is a bit small. Good for 1 person with one large luggage. I brought 1 large and 1 hand-carry; did not have space for the hand-carry. Staff are nice and friendly, but very strict with the check-in time.
