Heart Of Tokyo”
My family and I loved the hotel even before we had seen our room. The lobby and bar area are great and the bare wood is a great look. The room was an ideal family room.Room to walk around, a little sofa, a fridge and a bathroom that wasn't the size of a broom cupboard. The beds were big enough ans very comfortable. I have no complaint about the hotel. The location is great! A short walk from Shinjuku station that will get you anywhere you want to go in Tokyo. The hotel is in the heart of Tokyo.

Very modern and unique hotel”
Great stay, impressed for decoration of the hotel which looked very modern and unique. The hotel is new. I would stay again when I come back to Shinjuku.

Reasonably priced Hotel Near Shinjuku”
Walk right in and you'll smell essential oils in the air. Very clean and new hotel that's quite close to the heart of Shinjuku. Easy to get to from Higashi Shinjuku station. Rooms are almost new and spacious (depending on what you decide on). Amenities leave more to be desired (limited tissue) and somehow less items available vs other hotels it seems like. But bath / bathrooms are pristine and the room can be made incredibly dark for sleeping. Staff is great and sincere. Only issue was our room was not cleaned to our satisfaction...not vacuumed enough? Some stains? Overall a great hotel to stay in and very reasonably priced. Would stay there again.

- very new, nicely designed/ decorated (just like what is shown in pictures) - quiet peaceful area ~10-15 min walk away from the busy areas of Shinjuku but conveniently located one block away from Higashi-shinjuku station which is one stop away from shinjuku-west station. - like how each bed has its own usb and electric outlet; spacious rooms - very helpful and friendly staff

This place has a modern unique vibe. Good location, just off the busy streets .we had the delux twin room, which was very spacious compared to other hotels in the area. The staff are very nice and helpful, with the exception of one or two . Overall amazing experience and would stay there again when o come back to visit Tokyo

Clean and Quiet”
Courteous, friendly staff and clean quiet rooms. nice coffee bar and lounge downstairs. Very close to the Tokyo Metro and a short walk from restaurant choices. Rooms and bathrooms are well lit and appointed. Mini fridge and tea kettles included. Note that the rooms do not have luggage racks, closets or dressers so travelers will live out of their bag during their stay.

Tokyo bargain”
Great little hotel. Not too many bells and whistles, but considering the price in a city like Tokyo it was excellent. The only negative is that there aren’t any decent food options nearby, but you’re just on the outskirts of the real Shinjuku district so you’re swapping proximity to bars and restaurants with sleeping well, being in a relatively quiet street. Very handy (and cheap) laundry room with a passcode required so you don’t have to sit there and watch the spinning drum

The design, the ambient, the surroundings, the bed is comfortable and 2 pillows per person!! Most hotels only provide 1 pillow for each person. Stayed at Osaka branch before and it was an amazing experience too! Really recommend & will do repeat my stay :)

Great location with two nearby subway trains. Quite pricey but it is a standard average price for hotel in tokyo.

Love the trendy ID and the rooms are definitely spacious compared to most hotel rooms in Japan. Close to higashi shinjuku subway.
