A Chic Hotel-Home in Tokyo”
Hotel room was compact but well equipped and efficient. Even my 4 year-old niece had her own pyjamas , slippers and amenities provided. We stayed 6 nights, room always clean n quiet , welcoming us back . Always excited to start the day with the breakfast buffet —spread was extensive with quality, a mixture of Japanese and European, good coffee and impressed with the honeycomb slab! All hotel staffs were courteous and ready to help, and we had a warm welcome at check-in and a lovely send-off on check-out, making our Tokyo vacation a memorable one. A Big Thank You! 🙏☺️

Beautiful hotel in great location”
The only weird thing is google maps doesn’t show this hotel’s location... I used the address to find it. This property appears new. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were very nice. The highlight are the rooms! Clean and modern. Not as small as I’ve experienced in other hotels in Tokyo. My wife and I were very comfortable. The onsen was amazing too. The location is a short walk from the train station and right in the heart of Roppongi. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location and nice hotel ”
We had a nice stay in our king room. The bed was big enough for me, my wife and children of 8yo & 3yo. We could open up 2 suitcases without humperimg to much our space. More would be difficult. The hotel is in a great location, near the roppongi station exit 3 and lots of restaurants, bars,... Youhave 3 convenience stores nearby. The onsen of the hotel was nice to use especially after a long day of walking. The breakfast buffet had a nice spread from Japanese to western style. My family loved it. The staff was helpful and had decent English. We will come back to the hotel when we'll stay in this area.

Relaxing spa and steam room”
So glad we booked here. The spa was a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring in Tokyo. The hotel was so close to the train station and great spots to eat. The beds were comfortable, too. We had a great vacay and stay at Candeo. We plan to book here again the next time we are in Tokyo.

Beautiful hotel in a great location”
Located right in the heart of Roppongi. Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance,. Close to Roppongi station. Rooms are small, like everything in Tokyo, but they are well appointed and the beds are comfortable. The rooftop onsen was very nice and amazing after walking for miles. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Great Hotel”
Amazing central location in Roppongi - great value, a bit pricier than other places we've stayed, but definitely work it for the area! The hotel is clean, updated, and fairly spacious - especially with the little chase/couch area. The Sky Spa is also a huge plus - if you're not afraid to strip down - definitely worth a go!

Good choice for Tokyo base”
We loved our time at Candeo Roppongi. Great location for walking or subway (1 block away). The SkySpa was the best of all. Room was small but comfortable; staff was very helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet for convenience and choice. We'd stay here again.

Perfect Location”
New hotel in the heart of Roppongi, it has a big bed just perfect for the 3 of us. A lot of good places to eat. Ikinari is a must visit steak place just a step a way, also the famous Ichiran Ramen is only 7 minutes walking . Don Quijote where you can buy lots of stuffs is also very close by. If you plan to visit Tsukiji market, you can easily take the Hibiya line from the station and ride for 6 stops. Perfect hotel!

Onsen Onsen Onsen”
The rooftop onsen is incredible here, rooms are quite spacious but lack storage (which is typical for japan). Roppongi is a vibrant and fun place to stay, metro is close to the hotel and there are some great Izakaya right across the road as are 2 7/11 stores which provide great food options.

Perfect little hotel in the central location of Ropponggi ”
The hotel is in a great location in the crossroad of Ropponggi, closed to lots of food and offices, as I am here for business meetings. Room is a bit small as it's the good location but I found it the problem of almost all hotels in Tokyo. It's super clean, to the point that I can't find even a dust in my room. Just love how clean and tidy the hotel is. I would prefer it to be a bit bigger, but overall I think it's a great boutique hotel.

Excellent location ”
It was in a great location about 5-10 mins walk from Roppongi Station. The corner it is on is very hilly and picturesque with a few streets merging onto each other. The hotel is beautiful and modern, and the room and bathroom is nice and adequate. They provide quality items like the toothbrushes and body sponge, etc. The onsen on the top floor had an indoor and outdoor bath, and views would probably be great in the day. At night you see blurred city lights from it. The Hedgehog Cafe was literally one block away and we didn’t realise our room looked straight out at it...and the cemetery lol. It is very close to the modern shopping centre and plenty of restaurants. Great stay, no complaints.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Roppongi. The rooms are small but well designed and beautifully decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The top floor spa is amazing with incredible views. Nice little breakfast buffet. We’d definitely stay there again.

Rooms are quite small but very clean and new. Great location with easy access to train station and shopping. The best is the spa on roof top. After long days walking around the city, it was great to have a spa facility to relax and recharge. I high recommend this hotel.

international style hotel that works for the American traveler”
Great location for walking and access to subway. Very clean. Front desk staff speaks English, which is helpful because of my very limited Japanese. Breakfast was adequate but not overdone. Note there is no restaurant/bar in this hotel except for the breakfast; however, there are many others within steps of the lobby. I would stay here again.

Excellent location for tourists. ”
The best thing about this hotel is it’s location, 400 metres from Roppongi Metro. We easily navigated the Metro to all the locations we wanted to go. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The room is very small so if you are staying with small children, the twin room is bigger than the queen. Not sure what size the king is. So it was cramped, but it was a small price to pay for a nice hotel in a good area with easy access to transport at a reasonable price.
