i recommend to renew the facility, and clean better the restrooms in each floor. it may be nice to make a lounge for 'non-smokers'

Typical capsule hotel with what you need to crush. Mainly caters to Japanese men so all signs are in Japanese only but if you stayed at capsule hotel before it’s easy to navigate. Small locker. Very friendly front desk staff. Also allowed to keep my luggage after I checked out

What ! Check in 3pm - Check out 10am morning have to rush like monkey check out !!! otherwise another money charge.

Dirty facilities and noisy cabins ”

The guy at the desk does not know how to deal with customers, all he knows is take off your shoes.. I've been to many hotels in Japan, this has been my worse. A lot of drunk guys, on the reception desk there are pictures of call girls, I'm not against prostitution, but that was quite cheap to have it right on the front desk. A drunk guy had his noisy alarm go off from 4am - 8:30 am. At 6am I couldn't take it anymore, informed the staff, although he changed my capsule but it was the same noise, and the staff did not even attempt to wake up that guy, everyone at that room woke up, it was not until his friend woke him up at 8:30am they rushed out apparently late for their whatever.. Just when I was like let me get few minutes of sleep before check out time at 10am.. At 9am an automatic loud speaker went off in Japanese announcing something.. Probably waking up people.. I basically could not sleep the entire night. I paid almost 30 Euros, for that price you can get a whole lot better, perhaps this price is because you get to enter the Sento bath tub which of course was dirty and worthless, the Sento has a sauna.. I'm not sure why since the capsules were already like a sauna.. It was hot and no ventilation from the inside, I had to keep the curtain up, but with all the noise, it's also not an option.

The location is good. but I could smell cigarettes in the room. and it is uncomfortable not to carry the bag to my capsule.

I was honestly quite skeptical at first about hotel capsules, but the experience i had here was just PERFECT. The staff were so nice and even though they didnt speak english they helped me out so well! Facilities were so clean and even the people i stayed with were nice. This is definitely 10/10 for me!!!

Bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper! One guy next to my capsule snored like a tiger with a punctured lung. That's pretty standard for shared sleeping areas though.

Convenient location, fast service”

This place is designed for the Japanese businessman, not a foreign traveller. Few signs in English, staff don't speak English. That being said, it was very organized so I could pretty much figure everything out on my own. It's a 2-minute walk from the train station and the check-in/check-out is very easy.

smoky in the rest room”

Overall is good, but the only thing I'm not satisfied is the resting place located at 8th floor. The place is so smoky as many people are smoking there, therefore as i non-smoker like me, i can't really enjoy my personal time over there, but to go back to my capsule. When i went back to capsule place, no wifi is accessible, so what to do, sleep then.

Quality Capsule Hotel”

You can walk to the hotel within 2 minutes of exiting Otsuka Station. Very convenient. Staff are helpful here and have some English skills. Have to give respect to these guys as they allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel until the evening of the day I checked out. Later that night I walked ten minutes to the Ikebukuro Sunshine Highway Bus Station. Great price, only setback was that some of my neighbours had vacated the premises without switching off alarms. But you should be prepared for noisy surrounds in such an environment.

Quality Service”

Ive been at some capsule hotels where the reception area is a circus but this place is excellent. Staff assisted me with location of lockers for luggage and shoe lock up. Plenty of space in the luggage lock up area and overall a clean capsule hotel. Another positive is its close proximity to Otsuka Station. Walk out of the station and you're within 1 minute of hotel.

good, only issue was a mis-communication with check-out as check-out as required everyday even during a multi-stay day. i was charge 540yen because i 'checked-out' late on a day i thought i could sleep in.
