Staff very welcoming. Good hotel. They were renovating so not all facilities available but still I had a good time

The reviews mentioned that the bus would arrive right in front, but I ended up waiting for the bus at the airport from around 20:30 and couldn't catch it until after 0:00, so I took a Yandex taxi to the hotel. Payment for Yandex was in cash. Those arriving late should be cautious. Inside the hotel, shoes are not allowed, and slippers are provided. The room is clean as shown in the photos, but it is extremely small. It may even be smaller than a sleeper train, but if you just want a safe place to sleep, there is no problem at all. There are nearby places to eat and a fairly large supermarket that is open late, so there is no need to worry about that. The shower and toilet are shared, but they are kept clean. It would have been better if there was a shelf in the shower room to place clothes and towels. Breakfast was a set menu type, but it was delicious and the portion was just right. The church and bazaar are about a 20-minute walk away, but since it's hot, I recommend using a taxi or similar transport. On the way back, I was able to catch the bus to the airport. Considering the cost-performance ratio, I think it's generally a good option.

Nice hotel with great location for Almaty quick stop. The room is typically small as usual for Ibis, but we didn't feel cramped at all. Nice design and functioning.

Awesome location, adjacent botanical garden & a big shopping mall, huge lobby and lounge, breakfast has many delicious items to choose from,

They upgraded my room for free at check-in. There was a small issue, but they apologized by delivering a fruit platter. I forgot to confirm the additional night of my stay at check-in, but they handled it courteously.

The breakfast was delicious. There is a shopping mall nearby, so shopping is convenient. It's a bit old. It seems that the usage rate by Japanese businesspeople is high. It's not related to the hotel, but Yandex cannot be linked to Japanese credit cards. Many taxis from the airport overcharge. I had to pay in cash, and I asked the hotel to exchange money, but no one helped me with the exchange. I had a back-and-forth with the driver after a long time. The hotel can arrange taxis as well, but they are quite expensive.

Location: It takes over twenty minutes by taxi from the airport to the hotel. There are two bus stops around the hotel, and main attractions can be reached directly. The subway station is a bit farther, about a ten-minute walk. However, in Almaty, it's mostly by taxi, and Yandex Go is convenient and cheap. Room: The mountain-view room does provide a view of the snowy mountains, which is stunning. Apart from the absence of a small fridge, the room has all the necessary facilities, and cleaning is quite timely every day. Service: The staff is very patient and will help resolve any issues.

Every thing is exceptionally good. Location, food, breakfast , attitude of staff was really helpful. Mr ***of travel desk is fantastic, he helped us and provided nice driver cum guide to explore Almaty. We enjoyed throughout our stay.

I traveled around Almaty and switched accommodations, but this place left the biggest impression on me. The staff are friendly, and the fact that we could have a stunning night view of Chimborazo all to ourselves is a great advantage. If you plan to visit Chimborazo, it might be worth considering, even though it is expensive.

The location was in the city center, making it very convenient to get around, and overall the facilities were good, while the staff were very friendly. In particular, they were very accommodating to guests, such as taking care of luggage prior to check-in, and the breakfast included various types of soup that suited Korean tastes, so I think I was satisfied throughout my stay!

Great location for airport transfer. It was reasonably priced and clean . Breakfast was great with lots of options

I was surprised that the accommodation prices in Almaty were higher than I expected. I underestimated Central Asia. Almaty felt just like Seoul, and the room was smaller than I thought. On the first day, they didn't enforce the swimming cap rule, but the next day, I was kicked out for not wearing one. If you want to use the pool, make sure to bring a swimming cap. The sauna was very nice, and it can be used even after check-out. The breakfast, however, was terrible. It was extremely salty and tasteless. Still, I was satisfied with the hotel just for the sauna experience.

1. Make a reservation at nearby restaurants in advance (walk-ins are possible, so try even if you have a reservation). 2. The view is really beautiful, and there is an indoor sauna available. 3. The welcome drink and snacks were free (this may vary depending on room rates). You can truly appreciate the beautiful natural landscapes of Kazakhstan, and the facilities are really nice. The bedding and hygiene facilities are very comfortable... And the hotel staff responded quickly and provided guidance via WhatsApp, which was convenient! I came here with a friend for a friendship trip and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Good location and free-to-use washing machine. But imagine that YOU CANCELLED YOUR HOSTEL BOOKING AND CHOSE THEIR SINGLE ROOM FOR BETTER REST, ONLY TO FIND IT NOT SOUNDPROOFED AT ALL AND PREVENTED FOR SLEEPING BY THE INCREDIBLY LOUD SNORING FROM THE NEXT DOOR ALL NIGHT LONG.

The hotel is located near the walking street, which allows for easy access to sightseeing points. The booked rooms have been upgraded to larger sizes, are clean and tidy, and include an awesome breakfast. It takes about 30 minutes to travel from the airport by car.

Overall, it’s OK compare to the price that we spend however even we booked the same type of the room, but we got a different size of the room and the staff just only one person who has no manner at all not Caucasian though, but Asian look with the black long hair that girl is not OK

Very comfortable and great stay at hotel. Excellent service. Very good breakfast spread. Location is great, with nice walks around

All the staff responded politely to my requests and inquiries, which was very helpful. The location is very good and convenient for going anywhere. There is a large shopping mall nearby, and there is also a supermarket in the basement. The room was quite compact, but it was just perfect for me. Thank you very much for everything this time.

The facilities were luxurious for the price, and it was very good. The staff was very friendly and kindly recommended restaurants and tourist spots (although I’m not sure if they could speak English; I speak Russian). The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and there were plenty of seats, so I could eat comfortably and was very satisfied. Since it’s located in the city, I couldn't enjoy the view from the room, but if there’s one drawback, it’s that. I highly recommend it!

We had a very calm and great experience. The restaurant called The Quarter provided us with a very tasty rib eye steak and salads.

The hotel is situated close to kolsay lake like a few minutes drive. The hotel i believe is family owned and its very lovely and aesthetically pleasing. Quite spacious with modern design. The morning view is great and theres a small window on the 2nd floor bed that is very nice to do time lapse for sun rise. They also provide breakfast which is quite nice. Unfortunately there is no wifi and microwave to heat left overs. The owners are quite charming and lovely however we do have an issue with how to room is maintained. Since language is a barrier and it is quite late when we arrived (7pm), the room isn’t as clean as I hoped. The sink was covered with left over food, carpet has not been vacuumed, the bed down stairs has plenty of left over hair from maybe previous users. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a lovely time.

The hotel is located about 4 kilometers from famous attractions like the Green Bazaar. The room facilities are somewhat outdated but relatively clean. The cost-performance ratio is acceptable. The breakfast is generous, with meat, eggs, fruits, and oatmeal, although it's served at 8 AM, which is a bit late. Overall, it is worth the price, especially in comparison to hotel prices in Kazakhstan.
