חויז'ואו מלונות ומקומות לינה

The rooms are on a high floor, so the view from the room is excellent. Overall, it is very clean, and I use it every time I go on a business trip to Heyzhou. There is a shopping center next door, so there are plenty of dining options, and it's very convenient with a bakery and a Seven Eleven nearby. Japanese is not understood at all, so I think it would be great for those who understand a little bit of Chinese.

Hotel is a great place to spend a few days at the beach, but the beach was not a clean beach when we were there. In another hand, the pool is great! In general the hotel is very good, and is getting more international every time we stay. Special thanks to Nico, that helped us in many situations with the communication with other staff, showing a very proactive and friendly attitude!

Staff is very friendly and polite especially Megan Gan who is very helpful and good service. Thank you

The Staffls speak English and are kind. The bed in the room is comfortable; however, the room somehow cannot be warmed.

Hotel with nice view and friendly staff There are many guests who smoke in elevator (you need to hold your breathe for 29 floors, but staff will follow up after you tell them), and you may hear the tv sound of you neighbour

The room was perfect for our needs: city view, great bed, space for work and relaxation and convenient to shops and nightlife. Interestingly, for us Aussies, there was no hotel pool. We often find with any downtime, it is nice to spend time in the open, relaxing by a pool. There is a small, but adequate, Gym. Similarly, there is no "bar" to wind-down after a day full of meetings. They do have a small lounge area and library downstairs but this is not quite the same. Skyc (next door) offers everything to be expected of a large shopping centre.

I like this hotel as staff was helpful, helpful us to buy high-speed rail tickets online to Shenzhen. Not only were they helpful and suggestive in where to go for sightseeing but their smiles were infectious. Smile does make you feel welcomed. However, the hotel is away from the city and other attraction, although taxi is affordable

Taking a taxi directly from Huizhou West Lake to the hotel entrance took an hour, as it was all along the highway, and the journey was quite far. The hotel itself is a community, with local tourists nearby. Once you step out, there's the beach, and the scenery during the day is exceptional. However, walking to the bustling area takes about half an hour, so we ultimately chose to take a golf cart, which cost ¥5 to reach a large supermarket and bus station. The room is spacious and very quiet. At night, closing the terrace door means you can hardly hear the sounds from the beach. There’s also a rare bathtub, making it a treat to enjoy a bubble bath.

Room: Neat and clean, with a quiet and elegant environment. I especially love the exquisite tea set provided. After returning to Hong Kong, I searched for a tea set on Taobao, and it turned out great😀 Service is excellent: free round-trip transportation every day👍 Free laundry, detailed and thoughtful service👍 "The late-night congee delivery" is another surprise👍 The front desk staff's attitude is very good👍

This is my second times staying in this hotel .The room is very clean, good location ,staffs at the front desk was very good .Miss Wang helped us get transport to Huidong for day trip. She also arranged grab and directed us to get public bus to Huizhou at the last day .We were given two days free breakfast by the hotel too ,the breakfast was really nice .The last after check out done ,its was raining heavily ,the staff offer us hot tea and told us to wait till the rain stop. Thank you so much .We will come back for next holiday .

As all one-star reviews say, the attitude of the front desk staff is terrible. Specifically criticizing the check-in staff *** and ***, as well as the responsible manager ***, and a middle-aged woman (whose name is not mentioned) ***, ***, who is presumably also at the managerial level. The matter was clearly caused by several staff members making mistakes, but if even one person had taken their job seriously, it could have been avoided. They not only failed to correct the issue immediately, but also insulted the guests and falsely accused them of misleading, being arrogant and rude, calling a deer a horse, and outright refusing to apologize on the spot, which left me feeling very disappointed and shocked. If what they said is correct, then the mistake lies in our misplaced trust in the ROMADA five-star brand. Be careful not to make that mistake again, or you'll suffer.

The two-night stay at the Atour Hotel was pleasant, with polite staff from the front desk to housekeeping who greeted us warmly upon entering and exiting. Their soft and cheerful voices created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks to Jia Wen for helping with the room change (excellent communication skills with customers), and to Chen Ping and Chen Shao for their polite smiles. The cleanliness of the pool was good, allowing for a worry-free and enjoyable swim. The breakfast was nice, and they even offered coffee to take away, which was very thoughtful. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options in the area, and the prices are moderate. This is my first choice hotel in Huizhou, and I will be returning in August.

Horrible to stay, except it is quite budget friendly. The houses behind are relatively good

Nice, modern hotel in a central location. There's a nice spa next door and many restaurants within walking distance. The listed English name of the hotel is not a direct translation of the Chinese name, so I was unable to find it in Didi. It's Chinese name is 惠州金山湖轻港轻居酒店.

The manager is very kind to upgrade our room when we complained about the smell in the room left from the previous customer.

I chose this Hilton to soak in hot springs at Longmen. It's located at the foot of Nankun Mountain, and the air is especially good, like a natural oxygen bar. The room is spacious and clean, and the balcony offers a view of the mountains. Standing on the balcony in the morning and breathing in the fresh air is incredibly comfortable. The breakfast variety is quite rich, and the best dish is the rice noodle rolls. The public hot spring area is large, with many soaking pools, clean water quality, and the outdoor swimming pool is fantastic. The service is very considerate, and there are plenty of family-friendly facilities, including a children's playground and a pet area, which makes it suitable for bringing kids along. It takes a bit over an hour to drive from Guangzhou, and the overall value for money is high, making it a great place to relax on the weekend.

Upon checking in, I felt the warmth of the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and resolved my doubts. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The WiFi was stable, and there was plenty of drinking water available. The self-service breakfast was abundant. Nearby dining and public transportation were convenient. It is a great accommodation environment. I look forward to staying again.
