The Comfort Inn was a good value, the bed was comfortable, and it was close to the airport.

Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly”

From the moment we caught the shuttle at the airport we were made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I wish I had gotten names but our shuttle driver and desk clerk were very friendly and conversational. Our bed was very comfortable. Wake up call was on time and breakfast was a wonderful surprise. Our stay was only for one night. Will definitely return when staying in Seattle.

The place was clean, comfortable and breakfast was good. The only disappointment was no guest laundry and no newspapers were available.

We stayed for literally 6 hours before catching a flight in the AM at SEA. Our stay was adequate. I did notice the sheets on the bed did not totally cover the edge of the mattress and the mattress was dirty along the edges. The bathroom was clean and towels were nice and soft. The shower was hot and comfortable. Clientele was a bit sketchy. I saw a homeless woman enter in the morning, she was treated like a regular and 3 quests enjoying a joint outside before catching my flight at 5:15AM.

Great for our purpose”

We needed an overnight stopover to break up a long trip. This was a great price! When I checked in I realized I had booked for the wrong night and they switched my reservation with no hassle at all! They even gave us two beds instead of the one, which was great for my family of 4! Don’t expect a 4 Diamond resort at this price, but there was nothing terrible that would cause me to give a bad review. With hotels, you get what you pay for.

Great place for a night before/after a flight at Tacoma airport. Very friendly staff and room much better than we expected. The casino nearby has a great food/beverage outlet with good service. Also has access to bus transfers to/from the Cruise Terminal.

I woulds suggest to have more frequent airport shuttles from the hotel to the airport. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel took a long time, but the service was very friendly.

Needed a place to stay for two days that was reasonable. This filled the bill.

Bus shuttle need more improvement”

We waited the shuttle more than 2 hours after couple of times wanna go taxi but when I call them they said to wait.. it's just 5-7 minutes away from the hotel, later on the phone they said the shuttle already passed 3 times already, but somehow we finally get the shuttle bus The first room got some issue with the toilet, the wardrobe lost it's door, and then moved to another room next door, which is the same type but way better with the toilet, the wardrobe got mirrored door, and it has a cold air conditioner. Maybe it's just not my day to having those kind of experience, Anyway, overal the room is great, it was clean and nice bed, you had breakfast too, kind of good hotel to spent since it was near to the casino, 7eleven, close to the airport, and friendly room price

Clean but outdated”

Even though they are remodeling, they were still able to keep the hotel overall clean. We saw and heard no construction during our stay. Stayed in a king size suite that wasn't updated yet was still clean!

Slow Internet”

I had to work in the lobby to download 5mb of email since it wouldn't download in my room.
