Good place if you for fast business”
If you visitng for work or on a ultra low budget, this is clean and super well located. It is a Capsule Hotel so obviously, there are limitations. You need to be sure to understand how it works. Is not a Hotel where you have a lot or private space and there's no place for your luggage. You will have to leave everything at the locakers and keep enough just to sleep. I only used it to sleep and it was fine.

Top choice if you're staying around Shibuya”
Location is excellent - just five minutes away from the Shibuya Station/Shibuya Crossing, and yet it's far enough from the bustle of the Shibuya crowd. In fact, the hotel is located in a neighbor that remains peaceful even during the busy parts of the day. The neighborhood also has a good variety of food spots (which appears to be catered mostly by locals), so you are just a few steps away from a restaurant or cafes. Also, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and can communicate in English. This place offers great value for money and I highly recommend it.

Small, simple but comfy”
The establishment is very small but comfy, they have 4 shower rooms and it tends to be busy in the morning 7-8am. The location is good, 10-15 minutes to train station. The hotel staff are also friendly.

Location is abt 5 to 8 minutes walk from the shibuya train station. There are a couple of restaurants and a family mart around the vicinity. Capsule was comfortable enough with clean toilets and shower rooms. Staff could speak decent English but the locker for belongings was only

The location is fantastic, (near the Cerulean Hotel.) If you have a lot of luggage, don't recommend this spot as the space is very limited. Also, I've been to other capsule hotels that have elevators, this one does not so you have to lug your luggage up a couple of flights of stairs.

Had few gripes with the booking, but Im not sure if that's Agoda or the Hotel's fault. Booked a Standard Single "Room" which turned out to be Capsule and was quite pissed about it. Someone needs to probably fix that as it seems misleading. You get a capsule, locker (which could fit my cabin sized bag) and shoe locker. Vanity area had free toothbrush, shaver, shaving cream, hair products and basically almost anything you need. There was a common space at level 1 which many reviewers had pointed out is paid for separately, which was a tad bit annoying, but I understand that the hotel does get some of it's revenue from there. The implications were, some inconsiderate travellers will talk in the sleeping area, but that's on them not the hotel. It also meant I couldnt have my meals there. Location is good, near Shibuya Station and Lawson / 7-11 is nearby. There's also a Sukiya (24 hour Jap fast food place selling rice bowls) nearby. Staff was both friendly and accommodating.

Not easily accessible for those that struggle with stairs rooms are located on 2nd floor with no elevator property location is close to station but up a hilly area. No free common area to wait in before check in. They have a paid work/study area for 100 yen/15 mins. I’d pay a little more for a real hotel room to have your own space felt like a dormitory /hostel than hotel. Interesting experience but not worth it.

Solo Traveller”
If you are a solo traveller like me and wants to stay near at Shibuya, this is a great place to stay and the staffs are very helpful and can understand English. I really liked staying here and I will be back someday.

Best hostel closed to public transport”
Best hostel, they have provide free drink and rice at 3th floor , this hostel just around 200meter from shinjuku jr and shinjuku bus station.

Nice location and Value for Price!”
I stayed here for one night, and I can tell without hesitation that it was a wonderful experience. Everything a guest would need is available at the motel/hotel. Even though the rooms are small, as the name suggests, they provide guests with everything they might possibly need during their stay.

The location is pretty far from the station and has a difficult way to walk up the road. and they are no public rest areas to chat. I knew that any hospitality service business as a restaurant or Hotel must require a first aids box at the front desk. Unfortunately, this hotel is without it.

Not the best location / poor facilities ”
Need to walk more than 10 mins with your luggage up to some escalating level for its location. No luggage storage after check out. The use of common lounge area needs to be charged. It will great if it's a bit opened up for packing luggage, for snack or tea, etc.
