I booked a double room, it turns out a single bed and one pillow. Since it is a service apartment, there is no staff I can talk to. Overall, it's a good place to stay and the location is very good.

Average service apartment for the stay”
My stay was ok. There was some issue with wifi password in the beginning as they gave me the wrong password and I had to wait a few days before getting the correct password. Other than that, I like the location alot. It is very close to Roppongi hills and Midtown where I needed to go for work on this trip.

I've stayed in this apartment for 9 days 8 nights. This is my first time to book a apartment in Japan, the staff can communicate in both Japanese & English as well, very high level and considerate service. If you need dryer, towel or any housing stuff, please let staff know in advance. Otherwise, everything you can imagine are in your room already! This apartment has a awesome location, only 1 min walk to Azabujuban subway station, 10 min walk to Roppongi Hills, Tsutaya, Hyatt, Mori Museum and Tokyo City View; Midtown and 21_21 Design Sight are not too far. Go to next block, you will see the whole street, restaurant, cafe, baker shop, bar, sweets, supermarket and groceries etc. I highly recommend Concieria to every guest, they've got best location, transportation, view, entertainment. If I had the chance, definitely will live in the same place again.

It was a nice privet place with all the emanates you need if you are staying longer than a few days its close to the subway and lot of shopping and there are lot of places to eat nearby . Its also within walking distance of Tokyo tower and roppongi hill . which Is covenant
