Great location, staff and family friendly”
We stayed at the Daiwa Roynet Ginza hotel for 3 nights. The room we stayed at was updated, clean, spacious and exactly as described. Staff at the reception was super friendly and understood English. The Subway was litterially across the road, the main ginza shopping area was less then 1 min away, heaps of restaurants and even a convience store (natural lawson) downstairs. Room service was awesome and has all the amenities of all high end hotels. Would recommend for young families and people looking to shop around the ginza area.

We stayed here for 2 nights and wished we could stayed longer. Location is great within Ginza district. 10 mins walk to subway and train stations. Its a shopping district with all brand names. And great food choices too. Room is bit small but extremely clean and very new looking. Beds sheets are clean. Love everything here. We will come back next time we’re in Tokyo and a bigger room for sure. Big smile :)

superb location, modern hotel”
very up to date...my husband loves the heated seats and the room is very clean...very comfortable beds and accommodating staff...the train station is just across the exit of the hotel...with lots of convenience stores around and shops of ginza are just a stone throw away! You can explore ginza all night and not worry if it takes you till dawn since it just walking distance from the shops...

Excellent Hotel”
The hotel is in an excellent location. The metro station is 1 min away. And all popular shopping possibilities are right around the corner. The rooms are nice, comfy and the massage chair are a super bonus. It is very smart and convenient to have a washing machine right in the hotel to do some laundry. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast is also very tasty. Can recommend it 100%

Good value and location”
Location is good and quiet. From airport, best to walk from Access Narita Ginza stop. Although could get caught in traffic jam. No need to take taxi unless you have a lot of luggage’s. Convenient to get to all the shops, 15 mins walk to Tsukiji market. Lawson and 7 eleven just around the corner. Very clean, great shower. Good value.

Pleasant Stay!”
Would love to stay at Daiwa Roynet again if we have another chance to visit Tokyo. Location is a very strategic, less than 5 minute walk to Ginza's Dept Stores, 1 minute away from nearest train station, A LOT of convenience stores around the hotels that sell possibly anything you need, hotel room was very clean, modern, small (but that's the case with most Tokyo hotels). All in all very satisfied with our stay.

Everything is great”
Bedroom is bigger than usual Tokyo hotels. Everything you need are in the hotel room. The washroom is the best! The water pressure is on point! Location is good. There's a Lawson on the first floor, pharmacy and 7-11 across the street. This area has a lot of luxury brands store and office workers. Very close to a subway (not JR). My partner and I walked about 10-15mins with 3 luggages from Tokyo Station to this hotel during rush hour. The walk was all right because it is our first stop in Japan and there are so many things to look at around you. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay at Ginza!

good services, and friendly staff ”
They provide pyjamas ! don't need to bring own pyjamas and their cotton bud are good ( cos my husband are particular about cotton bud) haha.. they also not stingy with they tissue.. always giving us extra facial tissue paper when we have not use up the previous pack. housekeeping doing their job well... my hairs dropping everywhere ... but every day we came back i didn't see a single hair on the room ! require pumping breast milk every 6 hours. they able to provide me space to freeze my breastmilk for that 6 days. glad they able to provide that !

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Ginza”
This hotel is one or 2 streets away from the main shopping area in Ginza. It’s has comfortable, clean and (reasonably) spaced and priced rooms for Tokyo. It’s has a fabulous breakfast buffet that is included in the price and it offers a wide variety of foods and great coffee. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, good service, good hygiene ”
-Staffs are friendly and polite -1piece of facial mask given on arrival to female customer(said for tiredness) -hotel room was clean, bathtub included although bathroom tend to be small -convenient store is just across the road -surrounded with shops and food -breakfast buffet included was not bad, just to note that the menu never change for the 6days i stayed but ive no problem with it

Excellent hotel and great location”
We stayed here on our final night after an amazing unforgettable vacation. The hotel itself was very clean and fancy. We got a superior room which was spacious and incredible. Comfortable bed, big TV, a table with many amenities and useful things. The bathroom was also big with a very nice shower/bath. The location for me was the stand out since we were located in a very accessible spot in Ginza where all around us we had access to high end shops, convenience stores (Lawson, 7-11 and other local stores) and many restaurant choices in the area. Ginza is also close to many locations in Tokyo which made it easy for us to make final pit stops to places we still wanted to revisit. The subway was a bit of a walk but it wasn't a problem for us. Overall recommend anyone to stay here.

stay for 7 nights in FEB 2019, close to hearts of GINZA. good size room, clean, friendly staffs, near to stations. overall good for bucks. opt out for b'fast if i may suggest, same menu. overall, we will be back again.

Beyond our expectation....”
This hotel located in the heart of Ginza, within walking distance to both Ginza and Shinbashi stations. Many shops, bars and restaurants near by. Room is spacious and very clean. We really enjoy our 3 nights stay in Tokyo.

ONE OF BEST HOTELS IN GINZA AREA OF TOKYO”
A reasonably priced hotel that provides fine accommodations in one of the best locations of Tokyo's Ginza area. Rooms are big for Tokyo's standards and service is friendly. Hotel has coin laundry facilities, which is a plus when you are visiting Tokyo for several days. Hotel surrounded by plenty of shopping, restaurants and transportation (trains, subways, buses).

Excellent hotel in superb location ”
We visited Japan with 2 children who are University students. This hotel seemed to have more business travelers. It’s in a superb location close to trains and also easy walking distance to a number of attractions. Excellent breakfast. The hotel restaurant is also superb but also close to many other eateries. We would definitely recommend it.

Good location, spacious bathroom, quality breakfast”
The hotel is right next to Ginza-itchome Station (exit 10) and is near many restaurants. There are a few convenience stores within 50m vicinity of the hotel. Many shops nearby. Do note that if u have a heavy luggage, there is no elevator or lift at station exit. The delicious breakfast consists of a reasonable variety with freshly made juices and smoothie to choose from. Highly recommend

The room was very clean and tastefully furnished. The location is not far from Ginza. The staff was very friendly as well. Do remember to take some drip coffee packets in the lobby.

Hotel Room n Environment ”
The hotel staffs are very helpfull, the room also clean. The hotel also very near with local subway, but the nearest gate had many stairs so very difficult if you bring any little kids. you can go to mitsukoshi mall it also has lift down to go to subway.

Very polite staff and good facilities”
Good location slightly far from JR TOKYO but still acceptable. Theres another JR station that's nearer but can't rmbr the name. Able to borrow hair curler from the hotel as mine from Malaysia doesn't work due to the voltage difference. Staff are polite but their English is quite limited as they brought me a bath towel instead of a bath bomb. Room is on a smaller side but was okay for me as we only had 1 big and 1 small luggage. Those with 2 big luggages might have a problem. Still highly recommend the hotel as its very clean and we had a good stay

The reception is located in the first floor rather than ground floor, take us some time to find it in the first place. If there is a board to indicate the lobby location would be helpful. But understand the location is prime so room is slightly smaller and reception is in 1st floor. Room is tidy and modern, as well as well equipped; but would like to air-condition a bit stronger. The lift needed door key to use provide extra security is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful for my parcel collections during stay and even before arrived at the hotel (thumb up for them). If price is lower for the hotel and do breakfast/ dinner (e.g. kaiseki) package deal, as well as free welcome drink would be even better, as would like to try the restaurant next time. Highly recommended and will still stay in the hotel next time if visit Tokyo again.
