Amazing hotel!”
We stay 2 night here before jumping into one another hotel. And this is the best hotel we've ever stay in Tokyo. Amazing facilities with massage chair. Also you can monitor coin laundry status from smart TV. There is also free smartphone service that you can bring outside for free internet, calls, and Google maps. Pay 300yen/ 24 hours to make it become portable hotspot! It's cheaper than rent wifi from airport! Room is very clean and staffs are very friendly and speak English! You can also exchange money if you need smaller notes or coin using machine. Location was superb! Very close to kokusai tenjijo station (rinkai line) and Ariake station (yurikamome line) We spent 2 night here and definitely come back again!

Great location for exploring the Odaiba area, and well situated even if you want to access Tokyo city as the hotel is right next door to the main Rinkai line that you can use to access Tokyo from (about half an hour on trains). Rooms were the biggest we experienced on our trip, they were very well appointed, lovely and clean, like all of Japan, staff were very accommodating when we asked for late check out (1000 yen per hour after 11am, max time till 2pm). Would definitely stay again. We had breakfast included, there was a great choice of Japanese delicases if that's your thing, fairly limited Western choices. Two breakfast cereals, two pastry choices, plain bread (no toaster!!), oranges and grapefruit and of all things, freshly made pizza!! Nothing bad to say about this property!!

Convenient, clean, bed could be better”
Convenient to train which was right outside the hotel door. The area of the hotel was not too crowded. Rooms are small typical of hotels in Japan. Very clean. Beds were not too comfortable but at the end of a long day it was good enough. Staff was great. Airport limousine bus is a direct route from the hotel next door (Washington Hotel), which was very convenient! Limousine Bus only runs until 16:00.

Close to transport and attractions in Odaiba area”
Right outside of Kokusai-Tenjijo on the Rinkai line, you can see the entrance to the hotel as you pass the turnstiles!! Super easy and close to all the Odaiba attractions and around 30min trip to shinjuku station made it really convenient. The hotel is really new and probably geared for business travellers but it made the amenities really useful. Eg heaps of usb ports in the room for charging tech. And you can monitor the time left on each of the 6 wash and dry washing machines on your tv! Everything was just new and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful so it made it a fantastic stay for us.

Recommend if you need to stay in odaiba”
Very close to both ariake St. of yurikamome line and kokusai-tenjijo St. of rinkai line and have7-11at the 1st floor. Highly recommend if you need to spend your time in odaiba. Daiwa is the best choice. New hotel(2018),clean, big room, quiet, very good staff

Walking distance to Big Sight. Next to train station.”
Room: Double bed room, upgraded to twin bed room. Stayed for 4 nights. Pros: - Conveniently located next to the train station. One station away from nearby shopping centers such as Divercity etc. - Walking distance to Big Sight which was convenient for us attending exhibitions. - The rooms were very clean and spacious. - 7-eleven located on the first floor of our hotel was great as it was fully stocked with snacks, food etc. Bought our daily supply of strawberries from the 7-eleven, it was sweet & juicy! - Great for business trip, however we would prefer to stay at Shinjuku if this was a holiday trip. Cons: - Toilet and bathroom was in separate rooms which we took some time to get used to. However, it did not pose a big problem. - Do not provide bottled water which was not an issue with us because 7-eleven was on the first floor of the hotel.

perfect location for Odaiba lovers”
Very close to 2 stations ; Ariake and Hokusai-Tenijo. 7-11 @ G floor. Staff is helpful with English speaking. Room is clean and nice with electric message chair (found that very useful) Breakfast is high quality (Curry was my favourite) Love it!!

Highly recommended! An excellent choice in Tokyo which worth the price!”
The hotel is brand new and the room is very spacial. The location of the hotel is exactly at the intersection of two subway line (Kokusai-Tenjijo Station and Ariake Station), which make it easy to access anywhere. Staffs are nice and can communicate in English. A perfect choice for first timers to Tokyo, as it's close to a lot of tourist attractions, such as Disneyland, Diver City and Toyosu Market. Highly recommended to others!

So freakin' new - Will stay here again”
Walk in to the lobby on the 2nd floor to the aroma of Earl Grey tea. Walking distance in between 2 crossing stations making it incredibly convenient starting point to other locations. Rooms are brand spankin' new and the whole place is newly built. Soap, shampoo, conditioner all green tea fragrance. Beautiful hotel and quiet. Loved every moment there except the pillows are a little high. Feels like you're at the airport with the glass lobby.

Could not have asked for a better hotel”
This hotel is perfect in every way! The room was huge, especially for Tokyo's standard. The view from our room was also picturesque. We could walk to all the main tourist attraction, e.g. Diver City, Aqua City, Palette Town to name a few. There is also a train station next door and a 7 Eleven. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again if we're in Odaiba.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was normal sized for a business hotel but the bathroom was a definite upgrade from most places. I like how laundry status is integrated into the TVs now. It's really close to Tokyo Big Sight so it's great for convention goers. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

The hotel is located on an island. It's very near to 2 metro lines. Now in front of the hotel is a construction site. The hotel just opened last april. My Taxi driver didn't find a lobby entrance because of the construction sure, so he dropped me with all the luggage staff behind the hotel. But it's possible to drive to the front of the hotel. Even taxis waiting there. Just the direct front of the hotel is still construction area. Everything in the hotel is brandnew. There is a reception desk, but Check-In and check-out on computers possible. The highfloor rooms are worth it the price. From bed looking through big window to the skyline. Especially at night time it's cool. The hotel is besides a high way. Especially at daytime you'll hear the noise in the room. The room was modern styled. The bathroom very nice with shower and bathtub. In the room was a massage chair for free.

Convenient location, beautiful room”
Location can’t be beat on Odaiba — just between Rinkai line and Yurikamome line stations. Surprisingly large room (Japanese standards), very clean, very new.

New, clean, comfortable, well priced hotel 5 min walking distance from Tokyo Big Sight. Convenience store, pharmacy and train station downstairs.

Good area but Breakfast time is to short”
Nice Area near the train and 7-11,Lawson. But Breakfast timetable are very short 07:00-10:00 And have to get in before 09:30. This is not good. I has breakfast coupon but can’t go there because it close very fast.

Very organized, love it ”
The room is pretty big for tokyo area. They got 2 train station under the hotel and across the hotel. Combini ( lawson and 7 11 ) also under the hotel. You can walk to divers city and small liberty statue as well. Staff is really great👍 Very recommended ❤️

Great view”
We stayed on 14th floor so we had a great city view. We also like the bathroom as it was so easy to use and felt comfortable. In general, despite the room is not big ,you still feel enough space to move around as the space being used effectively. The transportation is good as the hotel located between two stations and they only a minutes away. We like the hotel we will be back if we come to Tokyo again.
