המלון נותן תמורה טובה עבור המחיר שלו, החדרים מאובזרים בכל מה שצריך פרט לאינטרנט אלחוטי בחינם, מה שניתן להינות מגלישה בחינם במתחם הלובי של המלון למי שהגיע עם מחשב ניד. ליד המלון יש ספא אשר ניתן לעשות מאסאג'ים מעולים במחיר מיוחד לשוהים במלון. הייתי ממליץ לקחת חדר עם ארוחת בוקר, הארוחה מגוונת מאוד. במכלול המלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד והיחס אדיב ויעיל.

Good location near mtr ”

This is a good hotel, but don't stay in the room where the lift shaft is. Also don't peek out the front window because it's directly facing the cemetery - nothing happened but yeah it is how is like. Otherwise comfortable sleep

Worth every cent”

I had a concern about my room overlooking the cemetery but the room comes with frosted glass, though it also means that we will have no view but everything else was excellent. Checking in was a breeze. Room was small but very comfortable. Housekeeping team was very attentive and helpful. One plus point is obviously the complimentary shuttle provided for in-house guests. During our check out day, they had to suspend the service due to road closure but I give them 2 thumbs up for managing it very well as all other guests were also rushing to check out and get the last shuttle to the HK station, concierge staff managed it well and made sure everyone is taken care of. My family and I did enjoy our 3 nights stay there.

Value for money”

Was able to check in early on the day itself, staffs were very friendly. Room was clean and spacious as well! Hotel also provided free shuttle service to Hong Kong mtr station. Convenient location as well, there is a few bus stops within walking distance of hotel. Hotel is close to hong kong/central MTR, which makes it convenient to head to different locations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here, thank you! :)

It is not nearby any restaurant or convenient store. They are free shuttle buses to bring you out to the nearest city. Otherwise it is a walking distance to the nearest attraction. I think it is meant for business traveler as it is close to HK convention center and yes they have shuttle bus to bring you there for free.

The hotel is newly renovated (and at that the rooms are quite nice) but the rooms are on the smaller side. However, for those looking for a very convenient location slap-bang in causeway bay Dorsett is a great option!

The hotel provides free shuttle bus everyday to IFC Mall/HK Central, Hongkong Convention and Causewaybay...you can get the bus schedule at the reception desk or the board at the lobby level. Clean hotel, comfortable and the smell in the lobby veeerryyy goodd....

The hotel was overall good and borderline great for its cleanliness and free pocket wifi, though it disconnected one time leaving us guessing what route to take next. hahaha only grip is its some walk away from major train station and the nearest bus stop was a good 10 minute walk. they have shuttle services tho. =)

Make sure you google the exact location before committing, as Rooms are also extremely tiny so the price isn’t as worthwhile. Free shuttle bus is the ONLY redeeming factor given the closest MTR is at least 11 minutes walk.

Very convenient, Bus & tram station just in front the hotel, 7 minutes walking distance to causeway Bay station, If lazy to walk can just board hotel shuttle bus to 5 locations. Very considerate hotel, For sure, Will stay again next trip to hongkong

Awesome service & room”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The shuttle service was really useful & reliable. We were upgraded to the executive suite which the icing on the cake. The osim room was superb; the massage chair in the room was what we needed after all the walking. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay!

The staff at the concierge were a bit unhelpful with our luggages, considering we were with younger children. There were a few of them at the concierge counter. We saw them helping other guests (non-asians) though. Check in was quick. Room and toilet was small for a family quad room. Enough for 2 adults to walk. The shower door strangely opened on the left instead of the usual right, inches from the toilet itself. Although our request for iron and iron board was attended quickly, we were surprised that the housekeeping staff opened our room while we were in there. I was on the way to open the door and merely seconds after she pressed the doorbell. The hotel is located less than 10 mins walk to the Islamic Centre canteen and Turkish Kebab & Grills. We opted to walk via the subway (located at the hotel doorstep) on the first day but later found a short cut to the halal eating place. Times Square, SOGO, Hysan Place, H&M flagship store and Causeway Bay station is a bit far, about 15 mins walk from the hotel but still manageable. Shuttle bus services was helpful.

Pros: 1. The location is great. The tram station & the bus station are within short walking distance. 2. Great service. The Front Office staffs helped us getting taxi, politely answering my questions, check-in & check-out were swift. Also after we checked out & wanted to take a taxi to airport, the staff confirmed the taxi rates so we would know how much money we should pay. 3. Room rates were OK for us (good value of money, comparing the price with the room size). 4. Complete room amenities. 5. Very nice interior & decorations. 6. The warm/hot water & the shower pressure in the bathroom were excellent. 7. Excellent view of Happy Valley from Room 1209. 8. Very nice smell at the lobby. Cons: 1. We stayed in Room 1209 & 1217. Both were quad rooms, but we found the room size was a bit tight even for us (Indonesians with average-small bodies). Each family brought 3 big suitcases, and we found it was a bit difficult to arrange them to fit in our room(s). 2. The space between the bed & the wardrobe was too narrow. We had to walk sideways to reach it. 3. The corner of the room (between the other bed & the window) was dusty (I didn't intend to vigilantly check everything, but I happened to notice it when I tried to pick up my son's toy there). 4. The shower space was small, even for us (Indonesians). 5. We only got 1 teddy bear for each room. I noticed in TripAdvisor & Agoda, the photos of the quad room showed there are a box of chocolate & candy and a small doll house or cupboard with children books, indicating we would get those facilities. Also the room in the photos looked larger than the actual one. Apparently not.. 6. In front of Room 1209 was the housekeeping staff room (?). We could hear their conversation when they talked loudly. 7. The fridge door in Room 1209 couldn't be closed properly. 8. No door bell, I had to bang the door to get my husband opened the door for me. As conclusion, we were happy enough when we stayed there. Thank you, Dorsett Wanchai.

Underrated hotel”

Underrated hotel that deserve more love. The bad thing is that the location is a bit far from amenities, but the hotel room is very good compared to other hotels at Hong Kong. The place also have good value for money, even serving breakfast!

Small hotel ”

Not much facilities - no swimming pool. About 15 to 20 mins walk to mrt where u either need to climb up slope or go down 2 undergrounds with people staying overnight at the under ground. Staff were not so friendly in their tone. There are also extra charges if u intend to leave ur luggage overnight and stop over to shenzhen or Macau.
