Chic hotel, close to metro”
This is a chic hotel that is convenient located near Ebisu station. The staff was very friendly and there was water, snacks, and other amenities that you can help yourself to in the lobby. The rooms were designed with style, and we had a room with a king bed and large bathtub. The rooms were a bit snug, but that is to be expected in Asia. I wish they had better lighting in the bathroom for applying makeup.

Good location fairnprice”
Have stayed in much more expensive hotels in this area eg Westin and for location this is just as good. Of course it is nowhere near the room size of some hotels and lacks a proper wardrobe. However for a holiday or business when you are out more than in this is perfect. The bathroom and toilet are excellent and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is perfectly good combination of Western and Japanese style and coffee and snacks always available. The top floor rooms (11/12) would be best if you meed space to work

The Ebisuholic is the perfect place to stay in Toyko, with easy access to the Ebisu train station, plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby, and wonderfully helpful staff. Bed was comfortable, WIFI speed was amazing, and being able to grab something light for breakfast before work from the reception area saved me a lot of time. I would definitely stay here for business or personal travel again in the future.

Little gem”
Cool location, cool and stylish boutique hotel. Style is easy and relaxed. Room is small but high spec. Lovely shower/bathroom. Lovely touches like Free bath salts and muffins in the afternoon. Ebisu is a great location, village atmosphere by day, lively by night.

Great Boutique hotel in fab area ”
We always try and stay here when we are in Tokyo as it ticks all the boxes of what we need - great location, lots of cool restaurants in the area and close to the train station.

Great modern hotel”
I came for business meetings and the location of the hotel was perfect for me. The room was clean and modern. The only thing I would say is the breakfast needs to be improved and the staff is not flexible they won’t let you check in even 40mn before the check in time, despite the long trip and that you are here for business.

Good location and brand new”
A new hotel, superbly clean, only 7 mins walk from Ebisu station. You'll experience a downtown living. The only challenge is the uphill walk from the subway station. There is another route which is relatively not as steep and takes only 1 minute longer. I wholeheartedly recommend the alternative route if you are travelling with a check-in bag.

Great location, clean room, huge bathtub!!”
Enjoyed having the selection of bath salts at the lobby, the huge bath tub, and really comfy bed. Wifi was good, having the continental breakfast included was a bonus, room was always clean, nice plush towels... great stay!!! One thing to improve on..... the water pressure from the shower was really weak, had to use the rainshower + shower in order to have a decent wash.

Great hotel in quiet area ”
Loved the neighborhood, we walked around on the streets, dipping into shops along the way without being crowded like shibuya or other popular areas. Most restaurants did not have an English menu. Breakfast was really good, enjoyed the rice with mackerel and soup as breakfast (also had croissants, jams, small hot dogs, sausage etc). Scrambled eggs a bit watery. The coffee machine made excellent, freshly ground espresso available anytime. Bathtub was nice (and they provide Epsom salt, Himalayan salt, and black lava salt). Reception and dining areas were very swanky.

Beautifully designed rooms with a good location”
Pros: - Fast check-in. - Beautifully designed room. It's surprising that they could fit a full size tub in the toilet. And they even provide bath salts at the lobby. (I'd suggest to stay away from the black salts because they smell sulphurous) - Just 5 mins walk from Ebisu station (uphill though). - Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants in the surrounding area. - Quiet neighbourhood. Cons: - Lack of a humidifier. - The grumpy male receptionist during our check-out. Although he did his job effectively but come on, you're in hospitality. Adopt a pleasant disposition. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent location with a newly opened hotel. ”
Overall a very nice hotel to stay for this trip with excellent location but would be nice if there is a gym. The instructors from 1st floor to the check in lobby isn’t very clear. The heating was too warm in the room.

Horrible service and hotel system”
Upon checking in they asked if we need an extra bed and we told them yes, we do. So they charged us for the extra bed for 6 nights. During the first night, they did not prepare the extra bed despite charging us for it already. We went down to check with the staff, they told us to pay even though we have already paid during check in. After all the hiccups, we got the extra bed. Then on the 2nd night, they called and said that from tomorrow onwards there'll be no extra bed for us as somebody else have reserved it and offered to refund us the remaining nights. Because of this, our friend have to find a temporary capsule hotel. How can y'all not know somebody has already reserved and still charge us 6 days when we checked in? And also if we knew about it earlier we wouldn't even check in with this hotel and could have move forward with somewhere else.

We started our trip here and thought is was charming. We had a great view of mount Fuji one morning. Room was small but nice. great oversize full bath. A little walk from the station with tons of combini's near by

Near ebis station ”
It’s near to ebis station, but uphill road from the station. I live in 3rd floor and It’s a little bit smelly in the room, like BBQ or restaurant. Not much choice for breakfast (3 kind of bread, porridge, coffee milk and apple juice)

Amazing find!”
Location was a 3min walk to Ebisu train station & so many amazing restaurants, bars & cafes right on the door step. Hotel itself was clean, tidy & had a boutique feel to it. I recommend getting a room with a bath - there are free bath salts available in the lobby to make it extra relaxing! As an extra bonus the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Cannot beat the value for money!

Wasn't too far from train station. WiFi connection was good. Toilet was fancy and played music. Loved the shower the most. Some additional free amenities like bath salts and lotions in Lobby. Free breakfast included mini donuts, croissants, bread, two types of mini toast, multiple beverage choices, tea, coffee, milk, oj, yogurt drink, apple juice. The first floor elevator is in the first floor restaurant hidden under the stairs. Could have taken that instead if carrying three heavy suitcases up the stairs.
