Great facility - poor mattress ”
This place was in a great central location. There's tons of restaurants around to eat at night and the subway stop is just 2mins away. The place is super clean, the bathroom amenities was beyond my expectations with a hot tub. Cons about this place is that it's not very social and not really a place to meet other travelers since the small comunal lounge is not very use. The sliding screens for the beds is great for privacy but makes also very isolating. Other major con is that the mattress is extremely uncomfortable. It is very firm and I had a hard time getting a good sleep. So for that reasons alone I might not recommend this place since the main purpose is to get sleep. If you like firm mattress then it might be good for you.

This place is really nice, very clean, affordable. I could leave my luggage for 4 hours and did my business meeting in Tokyo. Staff are very kind and polite. Shower, toilet are very clean. The place was also very warm and nice. I could sleep and relax well. Further, the place is only 5 minutes by walking from Tameyike-Sanno station and also Asakasa Staion is very near too.

Feels like a normal room”
The cabin was spacious (almost queen size bed I think ?) and the curtain makes it private so it was really comfortable. The room was silent and I slept well, especially after the hot bath. They provide a pajama and various amenities for free.

Above and beyond”
Was so pleased with the accommodation, especially for the price I paid for it. I received pyjamas, slippers, shower stuff, there was a free luggage storage with a personal lock, TV in my small cabin (it felt more like a small hotel room!) and charging facilities. No noise from anyone else on the floor. The Japanese style bathing room was a definite plus. Also incredibly close to train station for easy travel.

I love that facial items, hair curler , bedroom wear is all provided! Feel so pampered =) Also i could watch TV and do work when needed. definitely has everything i can think provided!

The hotel area is quiet yet convenient. Facilities are clean and staffs are helpful. It’s perfect for single traveller.

I forgot my Gucci belt here and it took some time for me to go back for it and viola it's still there. The staff put it somewhere safe coz they already cleaned up my room.

travelling alone but together”
Nice a very different type of accommodation then we have been before. Really enjoyed the stay. Its good for people that are on the move and don't need a lot of space 2 square metres isn't much. Clean great location near transport.

Great location and value for money. The bedding, towels and night clothing was changed daily which was a nice touch. The hotel had a nice calm ambience compared to the hustle and bustle outside. Great choice for seeing Tokyo as it was quite central.

Cabin is better than a capsule”
Because of the cabin setup, it depends a lot on the other guests if you can rest well there. Other than that, all looks clean and well maintained, and most of the staff is friendly. What I'm missing is hot water and a microwave oven in the lobby (which is in the basement. Absolutely great is the availability of a hot bath.

space is good for a capsule hotel, public bath is great as we need not wait for a shower. the makeup counters feel very luxurious. could be a tad more soundproof but i guess that's unavoidable. and lift is abit too slow. would be great to have a second lift. otherwise, everything is good!

Somewhat dissapointed”
They have a realy late check in time of 5pm....And you have to be out by 10am. Beds are way to firm. Noisy shutters so in the mornings from 7am til 9.30 all you hear are zips, keys in bedside locks and sliding shutters...up down up down constantly. I thought first cabin was gunna be a good way to finish out trip in japan but compared to the capsule hotel we stayed in kyoto.....we were pretty dissapointed. Super helpfully staff though but it's all about how well you sleep...right?

It was a good stay”
The hotel has only 1 small lift from B1 to L7, please consider the waiting time. A male cleaner cleans the female only floor, so it is not really female only. Everything else (the price, location, staff) is excellent.

Check-in is very late - unlike most hotels, their check in time is 5pm. Area is not exactly very close to train station and requires some time to get to Shibuya and shinjuku. Room however is clean and comfy - very good for budget Travellers.
