Fantastic Location”
Just a short walk from train station, clean and new. Just that you have to leave the hotel key at the reception each time you leave the hotel.

Great stay at Ikebukuro area!”
We like the hotel as well as the Ikebukuro area. Our room is clean and nice. The staff are kind and helpful. Nearby are Family Mart and Lawson 24hrs convenience shops. Walking distance to Ikebukuro station estimated 5 to 10mins.

We loved that we were in the heart of ikebukuro & not too far away from the train station. Lots to do just downstairs & many food options nearby even for supper :-)

Unbeatable location for shopping in Ikebukuro”
Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Ikebukuro, very convenient to go shopping and then return to rest or drop off your bags. Hotel is a 10min walk to JR station. Staff are very nice and kind, if you need something they'll bring it up to your room. I got the normal single room - the bed is a little too long to be set flushed against the side wall, so it's placed in the middle of the room instead, making the space between the bed and dressing table really narrow. There are no cups in the room but they will provide a fresh paper cup and coffee set every day. You can also get paper cups from the free drinks dispenser available on every floor (hot and cold teas). Some renovation work going on during this period, I hope the room layout gets better after that. Pro-tip, get the ladies single room if you don't want to deal with the bed-in-the-middle issue. They also provide nicer toiletries.

It’s a great place to stay”
Good location. Near to Convenient store. Restaurant everywhere. Near Ikebukuro train station and especially the Sunshine hotel where buses from Narita Airport drop off passengers to Ikebukuro and pick up passengers going back to airport. Very polite staff. And very helpful. Our room is at the 15th floor we don’t have air conditioning. It’s hot even we opened the window it’s still hot. Maybe next time i will choose an air conditioned room. I thought all hotels have aircon 🥴. I washed my clothes in the washing mashine and it’s ok but when i put my clothes to the dryer it took me An hours and a half but still not fully dried. Maybe the filter’s clogged up. Not sure. I recommend this hotel 👍🏻

fantastic location and price”
the room was clean and bigger than other budget hotels. there is a free beverage machine which you could indulge in, which comes in handy if u want a small treat before crashing in. the only thing i would change if possible is the room is too hot. we went there in autumn which is around 9-14 degrees celcius, but the time we went into the room, it is easily 32 degrees.... hard to estimate how much clothes is needed outdoors...

Super convenient ”
Conveniently situated 10 minutes walk to Ikebukuro Station Shops n shops n shops along the way so it’s a breeze walk! Hotel is very clean but its too small ☹️ The toilet makes me feels like I am in the aircraft lol Friendly staff

good location right in the heart of ikebukuro ”
we had a good time using this hotel. staff was ultra friendly. there's free water, green tea and coffee. cleaning needs a little bit of improvement considering the Japanese standards for cleanliness. overall would highly recommend to families

Poor staff (male) service”
Night shift male staff at front desk are not helpful : 1. refused to help me to cfm airport shuttle reservation. 2. my friend's toes are injured and asked for first aid box, we waited for it for more than 20 mins and finally we cancelled this request CONCLUSION : Hotel is good except male staff service

Location is good as it near the train station & shopping malls. Hotel room is small but clean & tidy, good for a restful sleep.

Breakfast was nice …Clean… But need to follow the rule …like need to pass the key to counter when go out (not. Check out) the let me fee quite annoying cause need to collect the key from the counter again when need back to room . Sometimes long Q when have many ppl check in The staff who can say English was less , but they try to commit with us . So far comfortable to stay for 3 nights . Location convenient
